On April 25, 2024(Thursday)I had a local Climate Justice meeting to attend at our Liberty City center... but arrived in the area about a hour ahead of schedule. Because it's 100+ degrees starting from 9AM here in Miami, I decided to retreat to this adjacent Burger King restaurant for lunch as a Dine-In customer. I casually entered this restaurant and was pleased to see the dining room lobby was air conditioned, nearly empty and had a on-site security guard present. Heat-exhausted, I chose to intially take my seat to cool down and think about what I actually had a taste for at Burger King. Uncertain about my lunch decision, I logged into the Burger King mobile app to check my "Royal Perks" and current promotions. Shortly afterwards, my fellow Committee Member from the Climate Justice group texted me saying she was about 12-ish minutes from the our center, and would be joining me at Burger King for a quick lunch. A solid 15-20 minutes passed, and the on-site security guard broke away from the table she and(what appeared to be)her romantic partner... walked over to me, and informed me I've "been sittin' there too long" and the management "MAY" tell me to leave the restaurant if I don't place a order soon. Well, needless to say, I was quite taken aback by this awkwardly hostile confrontation about my presence there... especially considering I've been a active Community Advocate for improvised Black neighborhoods such as THIS one for several years now. The interaction was like a slap in my face, a literal "SMH" moment in which I decided I was going to be the "bigger person" in the situation by going ahead, and placing my order at the register... despite my fellow Committee Member not currently joined with me for lunch, like we intended. I requested my order to be "fresh, directly off the grill and fryer", expecting this particular order to take a bit longer than usual to fill as I continued to await my fellow Committee Member who was temporarily stuck in traffic. About 45 seconds passed after placing my order, and they had already flagged me about my order being ready. Doubtingly, I retrieved the order and politely returned to my seat. I unwrapped the order and wasn't surprised at the sight of old, over-cooked fries and a sloppily made burger. At that point, I had enough of this poor Burger King experience and I gave my fellow Committee Member a heads up to just keep driving towards our center for the meeting because THIS place was a total Fail. I swiftly finished my meal and departed the establishment in peace, but definitely had it mentally notated to post about this poor Burger King customer experience. The gag for me, was that the management allowed this on-site security guard to be fully seated in the company of her romantic partner the entire duration of her shift while ON duty?! Clearly, their priorities are unsorted and the establishment isn't closely monitored by the companys' District Manager. I believe Andy Garcia needs to pay a little pop-up visit this year.

I've been here attempting to get food 3 times. First time got asked to lock up my scooter outside, to A street sign. Second, same, 3rd time let me in, ordered, then informed me they don't accept cash payment, only cards. How, why.... If I go here again, it'll be for giggles at the manager spending her entire time in the dining room, eating and being a biggot to potential costumers.

This might be the WORST Burger King in Miami. I had my food delivered, the crispy wraps wasn’t fresh and lettuce was soggy & old..the chicken sandwich as well, I literally had to spit it out that’s how bad it was, the only thing that was fresh was the fries.

Man, I just went to this location and I am really disappointed. Customers service was good, I did not have any issues with that aspect. I ordered my food and the person was respectful. I don't know why I didn't check my order but who ever made my burgers didn't use the right bun , plus I've never had bacon king with pickles and the burgers and bacon were old.. this is the worst bacon king I had. I really hope that someone helps who so ever in the kitchen.. Bacon king is one of my favorite ones and it was the worst. Plus I didn't get all my order. Please ensure that yiu are checking your order before you leave. This sucks..

Worst costumer service ever.they make the food wrong and went you complain they give you attitude . My chicken was not cooked all the way true,they charge me for bacon and did not put it in the sandwich when I ask for it they said that they were out of it ( why charge me for bacon if you know there’s none)Every time I go to that place there’s a problem I don’t know how they are open . Is a shame I just to love Burger King but the people working there is killing the brand . I can’t believe the rating is 3.4 they most be buying good reviews.

This place is horrible since the moment i walked in the cashier was on the phone and even ran after one of the customer to tell him that she was not checking him out the handed me out burn mozzarella sticks and got upset when i ask for new ones i refuse to eat them and prefer to dump them. As i was eating inside the restaurant i could hear them screaming that they are about to walk out of the job if people are not happy w the job they do specially food they should not be handeling food
