This Burger King is ridiculous no management it's crazy I asked for my receipt back they don't know where is it ask about my refund nobody coming up to me or saying anything everybody in the back been waiting for 30 minutes, it's ridiculous, this food for my kids. Never gone back to Burger King you suck I can't get my money back that's crazy cuz nobody don't have the receipt now, smfh

Been waiting at the cashiers window for about seven minutes they have you wait so they don’t trigger their timing metric to be off so that’s fine and good but after 5 to 7 minutes I’m ready to get my food to go. I finally get my food. I had a whopper Junior with cheese and bacon there was no bacon, the sandwich was disheveled it tasted horrible and all that after a wait of about 15 minutes total this is unacceptable and nobody at that store would appreciate if they were the customer in this situation.

I wish I can give no stars, what ever happened to customer service and righting your wrongsI ordered four number 1 MEALS (Whopper Meals) no mayo or onions on any of the sandwiches, it took him ten attempts to get order right or so I thought, then they gave me the wrong order, then charged me for the wrong size drinks (small) (Meals cpme with MEDIUM DRINKS automatically) then all sandwiches had onions and mayonaise so I had to wait in parking lot until they made new onesThey never tried to fix the issues and give me what I ordered the first time, 0 stars They even forgot the fries and I had to go inside to remind them that meals come with fries

I totally recommend this Burger King at this location. I placed an online Burger King app order and it was ready in like two minutes. The place is fully renovated, super clean, nice music, it’s welcoming, the restrooms are super clean, and the staff are very professional, nice, and well dressed.

A burger king like any other place, I'm not going to say how good or bad the food was since it generally doesn't fail, you know what to expect when you go to a place like this, and it is always or almost always correct, although It's not outstanding, it always delivers... in this case I have a criticism but not towards the place or its employees, since everything was super clean and they treated us correctly. The criticism is about the bathrooms, precisely the men's bathroom. It cannot be that the urinal is attached to the toilet, without separation, without a door, without even some privacy. I had to wait for another person to stop relieving themselves before I could enter, since the door cannot be locked because otherwise no one would have access to the sink either. I can really understand that it is under renovation, or that some modification has been made, but a chain like this cannot afford to have a place like this even for a single day. Taking into account the traffic of people who come to their establishments.

Night crew on 03/18/24 around 11pm made me drive around 2 times in the drive thru while the line was long for fries that was given to me cold. I don’t know why.

I ate their special limited edition chili spicy fish sandwich after trying to find it at three other BK Steakhouses. It was so gòod I went back two days later and ate another one. DEE-LISH-us! Going back before Easter to eat another one Lent is finished and they quit making them.

Very dirty, they don't clean the tables and the bathroom, needless to say, it's a shame that they only have a bathroom and you have to ask for keys and when you go they open the door for you. I asked for more at the totem and they didn't give me what I asked for.

I just wanted to say that this BK is one of the better BK, just due to the fact of the management and staff that I have met. Terell, the manager, and the staff here are phenomenal to me and others. I come here every day to get my coffee And they treat me as though I were one of the family they don’t give me a hassle when I ask for ice or condiments for the food that I get. They’re happy to see me and they treat me to such. The place is always clean very nice, and they always keep on top of their dining area and bathroom. All I can say is I’m very happy and impressed to spend my little bit of money on having my coffee in the morning and my lunch in the afternoon here. Thank you so much for making it home.
