No ones gonna give a shit cause honestly who would it's Burger King lol but these two employees are just on their phone not doing the online orders. A shift leader that goes by Luis and well the other dude didn't have a name tag. This happened at 6:40pm on a Saturday it's sad that the management of this place isn't on top of their employees but then again it explains why the restaurant has two stars for a rating. Definitely not coming back.

This Burger King forces people to use the kiosks to order their food while the staff just stands around waiting. Their fries and chicken nuggets were questionable. One fry in particular was green and tasted rotten. Almost as if they pulled it out of the trash. That same flavor was coated on the chicken nuggets. The overall atmosphere was uninviting and not comfortable at all. We only came here so my kids could play at the playground, but the food here is terrible. Also, drinking soda and shakes with a paper straw is the thing of nightmares.

Every time I've come to this drive thru, they've asked me to pull ahead (past the drive thru window) so they can then bring the food to my car. I assume it's to clear the timer at a fast pace? I've always found it extremely annoying, but whatever. Not worth the fight. However, last week it was raining and I refused to pull forward. Told them I didn't want to get wet. (The pick up window has a roof. They asked me to drive past it to where there is no covering.) They asked me to pull forward multiple times. Were very insistent and annoyed at me. I will no longer be coming to this location. If they want to clear the timer faster, they should be more efficient instead of inconveniencing the customer.

Just one person or anyone for attending the counter, the personal very rude and they can not be attended for orders ti here. Very bad service. Gisel Rodriguez very bad actitud wirh the customer she don't gonna be working in customer service to farewell she is soooooo bad qirh the customer ans veeyyyy rud!!!!
