I want everyone to know how amazing my experience was. I mean Perfect service and excellent custom built sandwich. I want to thank all the staff for their outstanding approach, also went above and beyond as a team to make sure everything is correct and complete. Also Yirka she’s the one responsible for my perfect Whopper. Hopefully they will be recognize their efforts, specially Yirka for making custom sandwiches to perfection. Thank you guys for everything.

I went to this burger king because you can have it your way sometimes, lol. I asked the young man if I could have fresh fries and fresh onion rings from when I walked in. I observed the fries sitting there with the onion rings for 8 to 10 minutes before it was my turn to order. When I placed my order and asked for fresh fries and onion rings, the young man said sure. A minute later, I saw him grab an onion ring with a plastic tool and eat it to check how fresh it was not bit thats not the way to do ot and he was having a full conversationover the food with an older ladybthat was so short she was level withbthe food. He then asked the cook to drop more fries and onion rings, which she did. However, the person packing the bags tje older lady didn't seem to care and gave me cold fries and onion rings, as if she didn't care that I asked for fresh food. So, I returned the food and waited to get fresh food. The service is good but the food is terrible and it shows that it has been prepared for a long time, the absorbent pads for the shakes are desperate, you can't absorb anything. I won't return to this place.

I was here yesterday, at 10 pm or so, with a friend, she ordered the number 2 and I two large french fries and Chicken mcnuggets, well the thing is, she had stomach pain and vomiting,so she went to the doctor and they told her she was intoxicated, and we both still have stomacheche, i recomend you to stay away of this place if you care about your health.

The customer service skills the mgr Olga, at #154- (Bird Rd & 115th Ave) is the worst ever. BK has dropped the ball on hiring this person. She definitely needs an attitude adjustment. She has scolded and berated me in front of other customers because I wanted to change my undercooked chicken sandwich for a whopper. If BK is not about serving the customer- then they should change their logo "HAVE IT YOUR WAY"
This Burger King doesn't accept coupons and the staff doesn't even speak English. I told the guy taking the order that I had 2 coupons and he totally ignored me and didn't acknowledge my coupons and for a meal that was supposed to be $11 I was charged $18. This is the 3rd time I've had a bad experience at this location. I will NEVER go there again! You've lost a customer because you are thieves!! Plus they forgot my double cheeseburger for my child and I had to fight with the non English speaking lady to figure out she didn't pack all the burgers.

Burger King LOCATION 4032 Southwest 137 Ave Miami, Fl. 33175 can't be found on Yelp. So I decided to post my complaint here. You can get the message to them. Disgusting Location:4032 Southwest 137 Ave Miami, Fl. 33175I can't even rate this place. I ordered an impossible burger, and they gave me a regular burgar. The cashier came outside and asked me to return it because she knew it was wrong. She asks me to open the sandwich to look at it. She took it back and ran inside to give me the correct sandwich. She came back with a cold sandwich. I told her no ...... it's cold. Once again, she returns inside; 10 minutes later, she comes out and gives me a sandwich that still needs to be cooked. RAW, RAW RAW RAW......

This place is getting too much hate... it's fast food, not a Michellin star restaurant. They might put mayo if you ask them not to, or they might not have Oreo shakes sometimes, but they're always there when I'm hungry! I get my food, and I get it fast, I really can't ask for much more. You want to get pampered? Go next door to the Starbucks, but I love this Burger King.
