My son just got home after working all day. He picked up Bk..ordered was missing large fries and the bacon from chicken sandwich I have receipt to show it was on order. I tried calling their number but no answer..this has happened before and u let it go but now it's just ridiculous. Last time I will be getting BK.

First of all, I am not the person to make this type of reviews, but if I could give it 0 stars I would because seeing my daughter wanting something and being denied it on repeated occasions and because of the lack of desire to work that they have, is a lack of empathy for me. to the client and even more so when the supposed manager calling himself Jose Echeverría treats clients like animals because he has no professionalism besides talking to the other employee in front of me about his personal things as if that were pleasing to people instead to attend to what is really important, which is pleasant customer service (people like him should not be managers) because it turns out that on several occasions I come to this place to bring my daughter, it is worth noting that it is during the afternoon hours since it has a playground and she loves the interaction with other children and it turns out that she never has shakes or ice cream, which as every parent knows is the little ones' favorite drink and all because they supposedly do not have the product or the machine is damaged giving me the answer rudely as if one was a thing and not a client and leaving the girl with the desire to be able to have the service that they offer (which they should not offer more if the machine never works or has no product) and even more blaming the company, that is, Burguer King for not sending product so that said service can be offered, plus they prepared my order so reluctantly that I am going to attach a photo of horrible service. I just hope that they hire people who really like their work and treat people with empathy and if they don't feel like working then go home that's why we are where we are Thank you

Tonight March 24, 2024 I ordered at the drive thru and was attended by a man named Efrain. His customer service was exceptional!! I never take time to leave reviews, but his customer service was so positive that I felt the need to leave this review and hopefully BK rewards him in sort of way, he deserves it!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This burger king is never open until 12 like their hours claim they are. they aren't even open until 11 pm. Fix your hours instead of lying to your customers.
