The night shift on Thursday the 14th is a real disaster, not all the products arrived, they never called me until a second order for a complaint, which is when they informed me that the Shake Oreo machine was broken. Not to mention that the entire order It was cold, it seemed like the products were from the day before, and with terrible quality, they don't put napkins or sauces, I don't understand how with so many negative reviews they still don't take action, wasting customers' time and money, please Burger King when are you going to take action?

Went to this Burger King at 10:30pm. Staff had already closed lobby 1/2 hour early. Staff had a difficult time applying rewards number to my order in the drive through. Impossible whopper was burnt and without one of the items I asked for. I also asked for no ice in the drink and was given ice. I think I am spoiled with the excellent Burger Kings I normally go to.
The service is awful here. I gave the lady a $100 bill, she takes it looks at it and tells me we don't except $100 bills. If you knew I was handing you a $100 bill from far why did she have to touch the bill. ?

This was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a burger king. At first they brought out the food to the car and, at the last minute, they take the food I ordered and bring it back inside. I am utterly disappointed at the rude attitude and looks the staff was giving to me when I politely requested for my order at the counter. My father even went in to try to retrieve the order, with no success. I used one of my coupons to place the order and now my $3 off coupon is nowhere to be seen on my account. I doubt I will choose this location again, and will most likely give my business to a more reasonable and friendly Burger King location in Miami.

Horrible service , overnight staff was rude and super lazy didn't want to cook anything. First they said they had the order I asked for it fresh and they suddenly ran out It's not the first time this Burger King location has ruined my order/night. 0% recommended there's more Burger Kings around the location that has way better service.Thank You and I will be reaching out to corporate office.
