How do you take someone's order and ask them if it's for "here or to go" and get a "here" answer only to wait for me to get the order and tell me "sorry the restaurant is closed"? So unprofessional! Should've told me the room is closing, I would've gone somewhere else thats open. Your hrs state closes at 10. Make it clear.

The manager (Roger) is the worst manager I've seen in any establishment. He was taking orders yesterday (Christmas Eve) and I asked for 6 creams for my coffee and he told me that 3 creams maximum per coffee. So I told him to cancel my order and he didn't even make any effort to try to save a long-time customer, I guess saving 3 extra creams was more important to him. He didn't even give me a refund for the cancelled coffee, I'll have to put a dispute with my credit card because it had gone through and he still refused to give a refund. It's a matter of principles, not the coffee price. This man should not be a manager. The ambiance in this BK is dreadful. I plan to stay away from this BK until he's not there, many other BKs and McDs around to choose from with much better customer service and basic human interaction.Arturo

Bad experience, I bought 2 crispy wraps and the chicken was overcooked, I had to buy a hamburger because I was hungry, I told the clerk and he didn't apologize and didn't even give me a receipt on both occasions.
