One star for the coffee being good. NO stars for the horrible service this company provides. I have been on auto ship for a long time.... if I had to guess, I would say my order has NEVER shipped on time. Unless you count the times they mark it as shipped and then it sits saying that only a label has been created for over a week or more. They keep sending emails saying they are pausing subscriptions so that we can get our orders or that they are behind.... I still don't have my coffee that they have billed me for. They are literally forcing their customers to look for other coffee sellers. I would be happy to never have another brand of coffee in my life. This coffee is delicious. But someone else's coffee is better than NO coffee. Getting so sick of this. And then they do nothing for the customers but raise prices. I am still fine with price increase if I actually got my coffee when I needed it.

I'm amazed at the good reviews of this company. I placed an order with them online. After nearly two weeks, I still didn't have it. When I contacted them, they said their shipment of coffee beans was delayed. I waited another week and finally decided to just get a refund. What coffee company is out of coffee beans??But that isn't all. I really like the Subtle Earth coffee, so a couple of weeks later, I decided to try to see if they finally got it in and place the order again. I phoned. No answer. I phoned later. No answer. This time I left a message and asked for a call back. No call back.Maybe the people at this company are nice. But they need to work on their efficiency. I finally gave up and I refuse to pay the prices for their coffee on Amazon because it's much higher than on their web site.
