They packed my order in a paper and plastic bag, I asked to the Manager for a box she said we ran out. No having boxes Is her no my fault. In fact the cashier should not be working there. She does not have manners to deal with the customer. She migth was working in a cow farm before. Very upset with the service.

i just ordered two guavas and one empanada. once she gave it to me immediately the empanada ripped through the bag due to the oil and how she handed me the bag. i bentover picked it up showed her within seconds and she said no you can’t get another and then proceed to ignore me!! so rude!!! it was their fault and i mean seconds! didn’t get a new one. :( so sad

They forgot to make me the sandwich for more than 15 minutes I waited. Those who work talk a lot among themselves. Besides, the sandwich was horrible, nothing special.

Their is this one lady taking she was rude as can be, I just asked her very politely, if I ordered with her or at cashier. The lady totally got mad and skipped me to the next person. I am not from Miami but whenever I come through airport. I always look out for Versailles, tostadas. By the way they ran out of tostadas. Which it’s ok because they have variety. But that lady doing the tostada should NOT be working, better retire. Someone has to stop and write a review. I have a long wait so I am reporting. Hopefully takes this seriously check those employees on ethics and good customer service.

The fame of this place is fake. I order a family meal and it was discusting. The breaded steak was like rubber and suposed to be breaded, the paella white as snow white and the rice uncooked and on top of that when I call customer service to complain they simply hang up on me. Go and your own risk. My personal opinion the health department should take a quick trip to this so call famous restaurant.
