First I want to say how kind, responsive, and professional Erika is. My order was somewhat last minute and Erika still personally kept me updated throughout the entire process. You can tell that Erika is a very talented baker and puts 100% effort into every order. Her business caught my eye because she really gives you the authentic, homemade look. Not only did the pictures show this, but the flavors were unmatched and made me feel like I was eating a cake from my grandmothers kitchen again. Delicious is an understatement! Strawberry shortcake is my absolute favorite and the only thing I would ever change is the whipped cream. To my pleasant surprise, Erika uses cream cheese and that alone made my day! Between the cream cheese, the moist cake that stayed fresh for a week, and the freshly cut strawberries, I couldn’t ask for anything better. When my original plans fell through, I was devastated but I’m so happy I didn’t give up and I found Cakeology! I hope this business continues to get the recognition and the praise it truly deserves!

I ordered a marble full size and a funfetti cake on thanksgiving for obviously thanksgiving but it was also my best friends Birthday. The cakes were sooooooooooooooooooooooooo delicious I cant put it into words. In fact they were so good I begged my best friend to leave a bulk of the cakes behind, LOL. in all seriousness they are amazing and I would tell anyone contemplating this cake business or another you may be choosing from, as I was....hands down there is no comparison... I was skeptical about the business since it’s from a home. I called and spoke to Erika so I placed an order for a large brownie cake filled w Nutella. It was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! All I can say is WOW (and I’m not into chocolate, I bought it for my husband. It was moist and fresh and she turned it around in 1 day. I highly recommend Cakeology!
