Never been to this branch before, usually hit up Coconut Grove, but honestly, the service there isn't great. First time in Downtown, and gotta say, the service is top-notch, everyone's super friendly and attentive. But the best part? The food is next level, presentation was on point, and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Definitely coming back to Downtown for meals from now on.

Fourth time they missed up my DoorDash order! Maybe the owner should invest in educating his employees proper reading/revision of orders before packaging! also, every time I go to pick up my order myself, nobody is giving me any attention, or acknowledging my existence! If I took the wrong order or I was someone who is stealing they wouldn’t even know!

I was hungry and I decided to grab some food. A girl who is taking orders barely speaks English. I ordered ahi tuna wrap for almost 20$ plus tax and tips it came out 24.99$ which is a lot just for small wrap without any side. Pura vida’s same wrap much tastier and bigger and little cheaper than here. I won’t be back.
