If I can give less than half a star I would the pizza was cold I ordered a ham And pineapple pizza, they just threw the toppings on top without even heating it.It was a complete mess.Pizza had noSauce I've been coming here since I was a kid.Haven't been here in a couple years. They have totally lost their touch.I just spent $30 on pizza and it was disappointing.I brought my son for his first try and he was also disappointed

Went there for lunch with a co-worker because of proximity as we only have 30 minutes to eat and return to work. I ordered a steak, cheese, and onion sub and a fountain soda to eat in. After 15 minutes of waiting and seeing customers that ordered after me get their food, I asked the man at the counter about my order. He said it was still in the oven. 25 minutes after I ordered the sub, they finally served me the sandwich. At this time, I had to get back to work so I asked for it wrapped to go. The woman gave me a horrible look and proceeded to take it to the back for another 5 minutes. When I finally received my sub, there were no apologies, no offers to remedy the situation. It was too late to eat it at the restaurant and I had to get back to work, so I ate the sub at 5pm, when I finished work. At that time, it was cold & tasteless. To add insult to injury, they forgot to add onions even though I had to pay extra for onions. My biggest mistake was tipping them before I received this horrible service. Will never go back and will make sure all of my co-workers know this place is not worth the time or effort.

Genuinely great, reasonably priced, and giant pizza slices. The building feels like a classic pizzeria when you sit down, relax, and eat your slice.

Honestly, I have been to Casolas in the past, and it was always delicious, hot, fresh, and fast. It was hot, maybe fresh, but definitely not delicious or fast. We ordered our food at the cashier counter like it always has been. 11:05pm was the time. I sat down as my husband waited for our medium pepperoni pizza. I watched as person after person got their orders, ate and left. Including people that got there waaaaaayyy after us. 20 minutes passed, and my husband asked the guy passing out the orders, why was it taking so long? He kept saying, "5 more minutes, it's only one guy back there." 40 minutes total later at 11:45pm we received our pizza. My husband asked the guy if they had just forgotten our order, and he said again there was only 1 guy and passed him the pizza (which I find hard to believe because it's always a full kitchen there because of the loads of people who come to order not including delivery). We opened the box, and the dough looked dry and very thick around the crust. Usually, the pizza is the best in town in my past experiences, and the crust was always my favorite because it was crispy, and the pizza was always thin, just like authentic NY style...this was NOT. I couldn't finish it because the dough was thick, a little undercooked in some areas, and covered in flour dust. We ate what we could, and the rest was taken away with us. Which we dumped later because we wanted to have it the next day reheated, but it was unappetizing. When I was in my teens and 20s, this was the place, but now I'm not so sure we'll be back after this. Sad and unfortunate. I know every place has mistakes and sometimes inconsistencies, but this was the 1st time ever I did NOT enjoy their pizza or the service. ?

Been going for 15 years, and this place really fell behind. The recipe is no longer any good for their pizza which tasted like chalky cardboard, they’re charging $6 for a slice of cheese, and it’s still inconveniently only cash. Go to Joe’s pizza instead for a significantly higher slice that is $4 and accepts credit cards - and way faster line.

This place is awful. They don't have any customer service. We waited 45 minutes for a cheese pizza that never came, while everyone else around us got their orders. When I asked for a refund, I didn't even get an apology. If you like terrible customer service and bad mozzarella sticks, this is the place for you. As for the pizza, I’d rather go to Steve’s pizza on US1. No apologies or anything from the staff or manager.
