Stopped by Chez Le Bebe soon as lunch started and ordered a griot konplé which means griot complete. Griot is pieces of pork shoulder that is marinated, cooked, and then fried. Griot simp is just the fried pork and fried smashed plantains, where as the griot complete(konplé) comes with a mound of rice. Getting back to the review the food was great. Stopped by here on my way back to Tampa. The griot was honestly the best thing I had. The legume was not what I expected, but it was good. Service was ok and our food came out promptly.
