The servers don’t care. The food isn’t all that. Read the reviews, trust me they aren’t lying about this location. The funny part is that, despite this location being new, maybe 4-3 years old? It’s really bad and it’s unfortunate. The one in the Doral that has been open for many years, have a better reputation than this location.

Worst experience ever!!!. The manager in charge on Saturday March 2nd, pretended not to hear when I called him every time he passed.The food was cold and took forever.The music is so loud that you can barely talk to your party.

Great place. The bar tender Jonathan is the BEST!! He makes the place and service spectacular. The food, however, not so good. Ordered quesadilla and came hardly cooked and no cheese. But that is not the bartender's fault.

This might be my new favorite Chilis. The one on Kendall sucks and has really turned me off from Chilis over the years, but I found myself in this area and hungry for fajitas and decided to stop in- and I'm SO glad I did! It was a Friday evening around 8 and they were able to seat us right away! Yay! We ordered our usual- Classic Nachos and the Fajita Trio. The food was all well prepared, with good sized portions. For dessert we had the cookie skillet and it was also prepared perfectlyyy. Soft and yummyyyy. Service was wonderful!! I wish I'd gotten the girl's name, but she was on point the entire time- and we def made sure our tip reflected her wonderful service she provided. She made the experience excellent. The location is fairly new and has an open, airy feel. I'm not crazy about all the open seating area as I much prefer a booth and the feel of some privacy, but I can see the appeal to the aesthetic. Overall an awesome location and I'd prob go out of my way to come here again cause it's much better than other Chilis locations.

The worst experience with the service, we ordered some chicken wings which were just right, we also ordered some fajitas which had bad sides, the avocado was fibrous and must have been guacamole, it was inedible, the fajitas were to share and we ordered a plate additional because the plates were shared and no one brought anything, I had to eat on the aluminum foil since none of the waiters brought the plate. In the end, when I asked if they would eat on the table in a foil, the waiter told me that I could have taken the plate from the sides tray and eating there which seemed disrespectful to me. In short, I see why the place is not filled with that attention.
One of the best Chillis we have been to! Compared to every other Chillis, this one has had a nice vibe and great service. Our waitress was very attentive. As an appetizer we got the Dip Trio with the guacamole, salsa, and the skillet queso. The skillet queso is the best! And the tortilla chips were spot on; they were perfectly salted. As an entree, i got the half rack of ribs in bbq, and it was amazing with the macaroni and asparagus. My mom got the fajita trio and my sister got the chicken fajitas. I forgot to take pics of them, but they were nicely cooked. And my dad got the Triple Dipper and got to try a bit of everything. Overall an amazing Chillis experience!!

Food was very bland, meat on the fajitas was bland and rubbery. Fries felt old not fresh at all but burger was fine. Service was great the best part of the whole experience and they're really bubbly soda. Ambiance loud bar vibe. But that food should be expedited much better :/
