Food was cold. The waitress didn’t inform me the ingredients for the meal I asked for was out of stock. I didn’t have an option to swap my burger or anything. The chili was cold the cheese wasn’t even melted. Go to another chili’s it’s not worth the hassle.

Honestly I never really cared for Chili's that much but we were in Miami visiting relatives and this is where they wanted to go for dinner. I was actually pleasantly surprised at how good the food was here...which has not been my experience at other locations. The food was actually very fresh, hot, and tasty.

Wait time was too extensive for just a molten lava cake pick up order
The food would be better if it could be picked as ordered and on time. Ordered and was given a 9:40 pickup time. My order was given to me at 10:10. As it was a large order, checking it entirely would have made the food colder and wait longer. After a 30 minute delay, I expected the food to be prepared as ordered. When I get home, food was wrong. Burgers that were ordered one way were made however they wanted and most the food was cold from waiting for whatever they didnt cook on time. Horrible service from this specific Chillis. Hadnt ordered from this location (closest to my house) in likely a 6 months or more, since last time they messed up my order. Now I remember why. Proceed with caution with this place, if they are this incapable of doing things correctly, the cleanliness is likely just as bad.

Doreen , the manager is definitely doing all the right things with this branch.Thank you for the exceptional service and attentiveness from you , Brandon our waiter and everyone who helped create such a great experience. The food came out quickly and had amazing flavor. The Margharita recommended by Brandon was amazing! Everyone is in sync with one another and they help eachother. My partner and I have never had such an exceptional service done in any Chili's branch. I highly recommend everyone to stop by, you will be well taken care of.
