Peaceful and relaxing spot. The staff was great, especially our bartender Kostas, a real professional with knowledge of how to make perfect cocktails. Also, the food was tasty. The restaurant was clean and bright Will be coming back! Thank you so much Chimba ?

I went to this restaurant to eat with my family and we parked next to the restaurant in a parking lot where there is a large mural with the name of Chimba Miami. Apparently it is not authorized there, this creates confusion because there is no sign except a small one saying “there is more parking in the garage for Chimba customers.” They towed my car in the middle of the meal and I think it has happened to other diners... After spending about 1 hour at the table, the waiter notifies us that the tow truck has taken our car. They should be aware and notify people who go to the restaurant saying that they cannot park next to the parking lot with the giant mural that says “Chimba Miami” and that that parking lot does not belong to them and that they do towing. It is very coincidental that they see through their camera when the car is taken away by the tow truck and they notify them after it is taken away instead of asking you as a customer where we are stopping and thus ensuring that the diners who are going to eat and drink at your restaurant do not go through this situation. Wasting time and money.I believe that the Chimba Miami staff are accomplices of the tow trucks, they have their business with them, why what a coincidence that even with Cámaras and being next to the restaurant they warn someone that they do towing there and they seized his car at the end of the meal

NEW RESTAURANT ALERT ? Chimba just opened here in Miami and the food is pretty dam delish! With more than 10 restaurants in Argentina and most recently Tulum this is their first location in the United States. Pictured is their Provoleta, Shrimp Tiradito, Pan de Bono, Potato Salad, Chilena Empanada + Grilled Avocado!

This restaurant, Very nice ambience, service, and music. It also looked very clean and updated since it’s new. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with the food. I had potatoes that were soaked in oil and therefore not that tasty. I also had the milanesa a caballo, which was good, but not extraordinary, and feels like something I could prepare at home. Then, I also had a passionfruit Mocktail, which was about 10% juice, and the rest, water, and ice for like $10. Overall, I think is expensive for what they offer. What made a big difference, was a great service.

If I could give 10 stars I would. This restaurant is a must go when in Miami!! The servers are kind and attentive, the food is amazing, and the ambiance is relaxing and romantic. Definitely recommend getting an order of empanadas (some of the best I've ever had) and the passion fruit pavlova. I had the churrasco as an entree and it was cooked wonderfully.
