My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. While the gentleman cashier and the lady with light eyes were polite and provided great service, the older Spanish lady in the food line was extremely rude, making me feel uncomfortable. When I asked for tortillas, her response was unwelcoming. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, this negative encounter impacted my overall impression of the restaurant.

The three ladies that where here horrible Costumer service you could tell they did not want you to be there and were very greedy with the food compared to every other chipotle. If you want somewhere to eat even if it's for a quick snack I would recommend going to any other place around here but this one.

This is my local Chipotle and I am so dissapointed as they never have salad dressing past 6pm. There manager must be a joke, not prepping accordingly for their business. Who is going to eat a salad without dressing, unacceptable. And if I am writing a review is because I am really mad at this point. I even have to call sometimes before driving so I don’t waste my time coming. Will you serve the tacos wihtout the tortilla? Can you make Guacamole without avocado? Why are you trying to sell salad without dressing!?

It’s December 23, 2023 3:31 pm you have one woman in the back who does not speak very good Spanish screaming and mistreating her employees. She is horrible. Mistreating them in front of everyone. There are no beans, carne asada or rice and she is screaming at them because they are asking her how much longer. Terrible service from her and she needs to be fired

BRO Let me tell you how the lady was adding the cheese to my bowl and then it fell on the little table where they prepare and she puts it back inside and then grabs the same cheese that fell on the table and adds it to my food. Oh and every time they had the protein they are mad stingy. Theirs una gringa ahí who had an ugly attitude for no reason. Horrible service. Chipotle do better pls!!!

I came in to get a burrito. The lady making the burritos (elderly, glasses, red hair, Hispanic) was wearing a pair of gloves that she used for the register, to open the refridgerator, to get paperwork from the back, and to open a bottle with a bottle opener. She attended 5 clients during all this, without changing gloves. When it was my turn for a burrito, I asked her if she could please put on a new pair of gloves before making my burrito (in Spanish). She responded with "porque? Si estos guantes están nuevos..." Which translate to "why? These are new gloves...".I informed her that she had touched the keys to the register, the register screen, the pinpad, the fridge door, and paperwork so far, without changing them. She also touched her hat and her glasses with that same pair of gloves. She gave an extremely exaggerated sigh, rolled her eyes, and took the gloves off in a dramatic over the top way to show her disagreement. I said, "if that's an inconvenience it's fine, I'll go elsewhere" and left.Folks, this is how you get food poisoning. Someone touches stuff that is contaminated with old food (like a fridge door or a register screen that had food on it from the night before and wasn't cleaned) and then sticks their hand in your food. NO ONE working in the food Industry should have an issue when a client asks then to put on a fresh pair of gloves to prepare their food Instead of using the gloves that have touched 10 other non-sterile surfaces.You want to get food poisoning, come here and be sure to find this lady to make your food. I'm sure shes the source of at least a few cases of it in our area with that attitude and mentality.

Inconsiderate serving sizes felt like we gotLess as we wanted to wait forFresh veggies. What did it matter toHim?We came here when they were first open, and I gave them that excuse that they just haven’t gotten it together but they’ve been open for a long enough and this crew still gave me no good impression it’s too bad because this is real close.Vegetarian options: They should always have fresh veggies during peak meal times no excuse to have people have to request for what should be available
