This place is the absolute worst chipotle location. Which is a shame because i live across the street and would like to come here often. But every single time i come here my order takes 3 times longer than the app says, 50 minutes to get a bowl and tacos today. Every single time my order is missing chips and guac, or the bowl is missing half the ingredients i ordered. The place is always littered with garbage everywhere and messes on the tables. Crowds of people clogging the place waiting for orders because theyre ALWAYS so backed up. Absolute horrible experience every time i come here. If my girlfriend wasnt addicted i would never come here again.

This store has 2 major issues : 1) Department of Business and Professional Regulations has to step in ASAP. I took pictures of the store, emailed it to Chipotle's corporate people, and they said "the store will reach out to you about this concern" . Nobody did and it has been over a week... 2) I ordered my food at 6.51 pm online, food to be ready at 7.00 pm according to the app, and it was 7.32 pm when they hand me the food. cherry on top: they forgot the chips and the drink... I literally waited 41 minutes while they promised pick up time at 7 pm.

Employees are trained to give yours little as possible protein (Meat, Chicken, etc)...They just give you a lot of rice and beans..PROTEIN?..Almost nothing..

I love chipotle,however this particular chipotle is terrible! They never have food. Not matter what time a day you go they are always short on food! There is always at least 7 people working and they are all lost the entire time. It really took me a long time to make this review since I did not want to be a Karen but l it’s too much! I have never been in this chipotle and get get the order I want because they never have anything!!terrible service for real!!

The food looks delicious and tastes good IF …if you like spicy ?️, for me don't delight me, because I can’t with spicy food . Is good for those like spicy . Spicy beans and pico de gallo ?️.
