Best breakfast sandwich I have ever eaten! Our server, I believe her name was Mariana, cd not have been better. Honestly can’t understand how anyone gives this place less than five stars. The veggie hash was also excellent - just wish we had been around long enough to try the pancake. The only thing wrong was the writing on the menus was so small for my aging eyes!

BIG NO FOR ME ?I was so, so let down by my experience here. I had the broccoli hash - it's "crispy potato, broccoli, cheese sauce, ritz cracker crumble, red onion, parmesan, sunny-side up eggs" . All the vegetables were so disgustingly soggy, it tasted straight up like microwaved Bird's Eye frozen bagged broccoli. The potatoes, 0% crispy. Not a single ritz cracker. A seriously sad dish.I went at 8am on a Thursday, not busy at all, and the server forgot part of my order. Dude $6 cafe con leche? This place is an over hyped rip off with a cute interior. Don't bother.Parking: Miserable and expensive, don't bother

Wouldn’t recommend the worst food , I will like the health department to check this place out , I’m surprised a ton of people isn’t getting sick due to food poisoning, the cooks are filthy they never wear gloves will cook a raw chicken and plate your sandwich and sell it to the customers , Managers are extremely rude when are busy obviously can’t handle pressure, the chef doesn’t have a clue how to control the kitchen just not good place to sit in dine with your family ! # Circus ?

After we booked our room we researched restaurants and I couldn't wait for breakfast the first morning. It was worth the wait! Our server Mariana was incredible. Since I have food allergies she was kind enough to make sure I could eat it. Our water was always full and our food came out hot and delicious. My husband ordered the open faced avacado sandwich and I had the Lechon hash. The hash was one of the best meals of my life! We will make sure to come back before we leave.Dietary restrictions: Aa few Gluten-free dishes

The food here is pedestrian and incredibly overpriced for what it actually is.That said, the service here is genuinely abominable. At the small ventanita/area to order snacks and coffee, there is 0 order or thought process behind triaging customers/managing the crowd. I waited 40 MINUTES (40!) to receive 2 cafe con leches, 4 croquetas and 2 pastelitos. AND ON TOP OF IT ALL, they forgot my pastelitos, which mind you are $4/$5 each. My order of 2 coffees, 4 croquetas, and 2 pastelitos came out to $40 (including $5 tip). Comedically overpriced and missing a third of my order.ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS - after my 40 minute wait, they tell me they don’t have the type of croquetas I ordered ?. Would have been good to know when I placed my order 40 minutes ago that you were about to run out. Did not offer to compensate, did not offer to throw in anything else, just shambolic customer service. Of course they wouldn’t, they forgot my pastelitos. Cheers guys, thanks for stealing $10 from me. ?You will be ripped off, you will wait too long, they will mess up your order. Please do not go here, and visit ANY Cuban restaurant / ventanita within a couple mile vicinity - for the same order you will pay half the price (I paid $40 at Chugs and they forgot $10 of my meal, wow!!), and will receive your order in 5 minutes or less. A shame because their service only seems to be competent when there are no people there….. can’t believe I left a tip ?

The area is nice but this restaurant is nasty. I sat there ordered food and someone who knew me came to speak and told me don’t eat there because they are not clean. They drop food and put on yo plate. The staff is so racist it’s sickening, they don’t want black people there they will ignore you until they see you getting ready to leave!!! The chef is so Rude and racist

Food was good! Mimosas were not really cold as we excepted though. The lechón hash was a little greasy for my taste. But in general, it was ok. The Spritz Tropical was really good.

I was really looking forward to going here, but was very disappointed. I went with my family and there isn’t a meal we left. The frituras de malanga were dripping in oil, the medianoche perogis were not tasty, the meatloaf had an odd taste although the mashed potatoes were great, and the frita was also odd tasting. I was so disappointed and on top of it all, it was a pricy dinner we didn’t consume. I don’t think I’ll ever be returning.Update 2 years later: I went for brunch during Cars and Croquettes and within my party there were two older people with a disability waiting outside in the heat, and we were continuously forgotten and our table given to others. It was appalling. Then we ordered a pancake and were told they’d run out of batter. Then we asked for a pastelito and twenty minutes later, were told they’d run out and then I saw a pan full of them upon exiting. It was a terrible display of the insensitive nature towards people with disabilities and just terrible customer service.

Visited Chug's a few weeks ago and my group liked liked it! Since they're listed on Michelin's "Bib Gourmand" list, I did have high expectations. We went mid-day on a Wed. The staff was nice but needed a few mins to warm up to us. Coffees and cocktails were good. My friend did get a mimosa and there was a lot to desired as they didn't fill here glass up very much. I think they gave her a wine glass instead of a champagne flute. I ordered the "cast iron pancake" and I enjoyed it! It was sweet and gave me cornbread vibes. Tasted great with the syrup it came in too. I'd consider going back.

Why is this called a diner? This is next level food and next level service! My server Laura was incredible and also taught me some Spanish words while I was there! If you’re in Miami you have to go here!

Very underwhelmed with this place. Coffee wasn’t great (they only have one sweetener and milk as creamer). It was hot as hell. Not sure if the AC is broken or what the issue was. Just not a good experience.

Will definitely come back. Menu and food seasoning simply delicious, right in the middle of coconut grove, if you are from the area, no additional reference to parking, if not plan accordingly, very crowded location, beautiful and gets busy depending on time of day. Thanks again food was amazing, our kids loved it.
