I swear any recent 5 star reviews have to be known to the workers there.Absolutely disappointing in customer service and the purchase. The cashier on her phone which lets face it everyone tends to use their phone to pass the time. But besides coming off looking bored she also seemed bothered by questions I asked. I’m from an hour away and this is just off putting to ever come back. I asked about the lemonade and I knew the cost of that but not of any of the churros and then I heard $20 for 2 things I just was thinking this better be the best things I ever had. Nope. Lemonade tasted old, lukewarm and maybe even the cup had a smell? The churro were passable but ultimately drenched in the sauces. When I went back to ask about maybe a refund on the drink she said no all indifferent to me telling her that it tasted off. I don’t venture into Miami because without fail the traffic sets everything back but experiences like this also add to it. The manager/management or even the owner should just rethink their hires and maybe even training

No one was at stand when arrived but only waited about a minute or so then someone arrived. Ordered churrobites was told $16…ok proceeded to pay then was told Cash only . Although they had a digital toast register pad. We Left.

Every single time we come here the lady in the Front got a nasty attitude and on top of that playing each other hair while working with food.

Great churros but HORRIBLE service. They accept only cash (rarely cards). They should open at 10 but they are not there until 10:30. Staff is rude and constantly on mobile phones totally ignoring you.

The two girls who work there at any time you go there never have churros, I live a few blocks away from Bayside and every time I want to eat churros and I go there they never have them, my question is, what do they sell then?

I NEVER have one with a polite employee. (A shame they are serving tourists) They were all rude, rude and they charged me more than what the price sign said.

I am not the person to make this type of qualifications, but today I decided to do it as it is possible that in a mall so large and with so many ladies to serve, they have the luxury of closing while everyone is having lunch and turning their backs on the customer!!! It would be important for the business owner to take a look because his customer service is bad!!! We waited 40 m and they never opened!! I counted and more than 30 people passed by wanting to eat churro and it was not possible

I was there at 10 pm on a Friday to shop and they didn't want to serve me because they had already closed when their schedule says they close at 11 pm

Would have loved to support this business but unfortunately I was denied service. The hours online clearly displays this location is closed AT 10pm not 9pm, 8pm or 7pm for that matter. Even walking to the kiosk at 9:41pm, the lights are on, signage says “Open” but the employee denies service and only offers a poor communication through the window that “we are closed.” Upon asking why is she closing early, she mouths back through the glass “we’re closed.” Why have a business involving business acumen, customer service skills, communication skills, as well as quite a few other assets, if you run your store based on your own needs and not FOR the customers’. Sadly like so many other businesses in Miami, this is another one to add to the list to avoid.

The worst experience at Churromania the lady was on the phone all the time I had to wait 30 minutes because she was making all the orders with one hand because the other hand was on the phone. She didn’t care about the churros was not made well, she didn’t give my receipt, she charged me more that the poster says. Please don’t buy any churro in this location. She is the same lady that someone took a picture in the other old review.

Worst service in the world. The girl at the checkout was super rude and ordinary.I never returned to this place, nor any other churromania, apart from the bad service, the tasteless and hard churros even if they are made on site. No sauce except dulce de leche. I ordered 14 churros including 7 dulce de leche and 7 without anything for my boys who don't like dulce, she wouldn't give me the full ones separately, I had to leave with 7 on a paper napkin in my hands.
