We made a reservation for party of 4 asking for a nice table with the view, since we had a small wedding celebration, the girl who took reservation said we will provide you with it. also asked for a candle for a cake-of course no candle and the worst table by the host desk.We were waiting for 1 hour to get our appetizers. then for 30 min to get main course. We had to ask the server to pour us wine. Dessert menu was brought but again 30 min we had to wait until the server came(we actually asked for her)The food is good but the service is terrible...i have been to several other locations,Miami downtown is the worst(

Came here (tonight) for our wedding anniversary. Very sterile, cold and quiet atmosphere (got better later due simply to more people being in the space and the chatter increasing). Music even stopped playing at one point for a lengthy period of time. Server ignored us completely for a solid 25 minutes due to being distracted by his only other table, a party of 6 right next to us. They also sat us right next to a POS so I had someone standing on top of me at all times. When server finally came over it was like trying to make water out of wine asking for help or guidance with the menu, specials, recommendations. He was very rude and barked his responses to us (his name was Antonio) - the least “hospitable” server I have ever encountered.Food was average, definitely overpriced for what it is. Pasta my husband ordered was delicious but TINY (would have been helpful if the server had told us that….)I really don’t get it. The room is boring and lacking in excitement. Staff were abysmal. They sent a “Happy Anniversary” dessert on the house which was sweet.I would never recommend this restaurant or go back myself and I work in the restaurant business. Over $300 for two of us. A million better Italian options in Miami these days.

Good scene but average food at high prices. Solid 5 out of 10 for premium Italian.
This is a difficult review. We have been to many wonderful restaurants around the world in our 34 years of marriage. Booked the reservation to celebrate our anniversary. Beautiful restaurant, nice food, except for a minor delay in ordering our drinks service was on point. We left the restaurant feeling we were not important customers that evening. That there were others dining who were treated more special than we were. Perhaps they were regulars and big tippers, but everyone can be made to feel that they are important customers. It was an attitude that's difficult to pinpoint, but felt very real to both of us. Pick another location for your dinner.

I came for the famous meringue cake, which is out of the planet, simply the best cake I've ever had, and I tasted a lot of different cakes in a few countries. I had a gnocchi, also fantastic too. Highly recommended if you staying in Miami.

Overrated. A lot of better Italian options in the area. Servers recommendations did not impress. Good location and nice seating with views.
