Amazing restaurant! Beautiful decorations across 2 floors with outdoor terase. The service was indeed 5 stars, waiters being so professional and knowledgeable. The spicy lobster spaghetti was perfect and the squash carpaccio is the best we ever had ! The tiramisu called crema inglese in the menu was super delicious ! Overall best food and service in Miami
Loved our first time at Contessa! First, the ambiance and decor is amazing and with the music it made us feel like we were in Italy! We sat outside for dinner and there was a nice breeze and they also have ceiling fans. Our waitress was great, very friendly, attentive but also left us be when appropriate. We had the butternut squash carpaccio as our starter which was very flavorful, had great textures but was a bit too sweet for our liking. For the mains, we shared the pumpkin ravioli and margarita pizza. Both were really good. To drink we had a dirty martini (which was a 10/10!) and a non-alcoholic espresso martini (don’t recommend). For dessert, a very decadent and big slice of chocolate cake which was nice but I would not order it again. Looking forward to going back!

Polite waiters and excellent service!Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant has one level where there is the main hall and bathrooms. Upstairs there are other bathrooms with elevator access.

Great atmosphere. NYC vibe. Best Calamari ever. Wife loved the Branzino. Rosemary Potatoes were out of this world. Lamb chops were good but not great that night. Management was great about addressing my modest complaint and offered to replace it. We told him it was no big deal so we settled for some free dessert. Our server Gisella was fantastic. Will return.
Food and service great. Unfortunately I was automatically charged for one bottle of water per person. We drank less than one bottle but were charged for two bottles. No explanation was given of this practice either in person or on the menu. In light of the high prices this water practice was off putting. I probably will not go back. When I discussed this charge with the manager he offered to credit one bottle. While I appreciated the offer I did not have time to wait. I think many people will pay without realizing what was going on.
Service was great and our server was knowledgable and attentive however the food was below average heavy and greasy, inside was freezing and outside seating was like you're sitting on the street vibe.

Worst experience of our lives. We just went for drinks and the bill came to $60 for 2 drinks, and the drinks weren HORRIBLE! They also charged us $10 for the water. We would never go to this place again! AVOID!))

I had big hopes for this resturant as the location was prime , the design and decor was beautiful the service was excellent. Unfortunately the food was not matching , it was lacking in flavor for some of the items we ordered and for the lobster pasta dish - the tomato sauce was so acidic and unbalanced. For the price we paid there are higher expectations with regards to the flavor and quality of the food .
