Staff ignore you. Was waiting in store for 40 minutes for my online order that said was completed but no one gave or made my order. No one approached me or asked me why I was waiting for that long and the app was wrong telling my order was complete while the workers just stood there and stared at you.

Where do I even begin....To say that this Dairy Queen location is life changing would be an understatement. Did I get poisoned here once with spoiled vanilla soft serve? Yes. Nonetheless this does not take away from the fact that no other Dairy Queen does it like quite like the hammocks. The menu has anything you could ever want for dessert. And this is not talked about enough, but insider tip: this location has the perfect, and I mean perfect, photo op. All your insta needs will be met. I would honestly come here just to take the picture and skip out on the ice cream. Will you be witness to at least 3 drug deals occurring in the parking lot? If you're lucky. Will you be asked to leave a $0.29 tip? One can dream. Ahhh there aren't enough good things to say about this place. Does anyone know if they rent out for special events? Super laid back (in a great way), the kids (teens running the show) are very well trained, they are super young, but very professional, this will help them develop skills for the future (future will be great if they keep this up); it is our neighborhood DQ, we love it.

Ice cream is just fine- very nice employees - giving this place 2 stars for the incredibly rude manager. No manners whatsoever. Completely cut me off while walking in the store after making direct eye contact with me like I was a peasant. It's beginning to seem like gentlemen do not exist anymore. Be better! Especially since you're the manager.

Very rude personnel. They dont even greet you. Google says they close at 10:00 and Yelp at 9:30; but at 9:00 they were closing the door in other people's faces. Thankfully we were inside, but really they were very rude to us and other customers.
