Their timing is getting worse and worse. We now order carryout (we stopped ordering delivery because waiting 90 minutes or more for cold pizza is a no no) and the tracker from the app gives you this time range , today was between 10:55 and 11:05pm. I got to the store at 11:10pm they updated the status on the tracker showing the order was ready to be picked up at 11:14pm. So we had an order last night that didn't go as planned.. They had forgotten our pepperoni pizza for the kids and sadly ran out of orange soda. But we did call today to let a manager know about our situation. We were lucky enough to speak to Sandra, she not only made our day better but made the kids happy by sending a pizza and dessert on them for yesterday's inconvenience.
