Place was clean. Did a pick up order. Food was wrong. Kinda sucked. It was a simple order. I didn’t get marinera sauce bread but some really cheesey sauce. One pizza wasn’t seasoned. Another was over seasoned and had under portioned cheese. Everyone was nice tho. Didn’t complain because I still ate it but foods been mid twice. I’d rather drive to the one in Cutler Bay and it hasn’t had a miss for me yet.

On 3/9/24, I placed a pick up order over the phone. When my husband went to pick up the food, he had to wait for them to remake 1 of 3 of the pizzas cause I asked for it to be half cheese & half mushroom, but instead they made it a half chese & half pepperoni pizza ??♀️ Then I wanted to try for the 1st time the triple cheese tots. It was soo disappointing due to the small amount of tator tots also they weren't all covered in cheese and they were super greasy..smh..I could not eat them cause of how greasy they were. There weren't anything special about those tots. Domino's has lost their touch (quality), the pizzas tasted plain..not much flavor. I don't think we'll be ordering from here again.

The staff was nice and the store is clean. The food is only what I can describe as tasteless. No wonder I haven't been to Dominoes in YEARS. It will be another 10 years before I go back, if ever. I can make way better pizza and pasta myself.

A few days ago I ordered a pizza for delivery and this is how I received it. As a customer who frequently orders here, it seems disrespectful to me, it is disgusting as well as outrageous. Not to mention the terrible treatment I received from the guy I spoke to. I can understand that anyone can have a bad day, but this is too much to me. I hope the business owners do something about it because honestly what happened doesn't seem right to me at all.

I just had to dump the pizza. I ordered a pizza with only mushrooms and pineapple and I got a piece of meat in it. I don’t eat meat.I know it may have been a mistake but you just simply cannot put meat in a vegetarian pizza. What if I am allergic and I ate it unknowingly? This is negligence to the highest and extremely unacceptable. I’m never supporting dominos again.
Today (Thursday, January 11, 2024) I had the worst service from the group on duty that was at approximately 10:20 PM, which was the time I went to pick up my order. Since I arrived, I They treated me with bad form, I asked him to allow me to go to the car to collect pennies to buy some Ranch sauce that he didn't want to give me, and as soon as I returned they left me at the door and didn't open the door seeing me standing there and facing the door so they could hear me and they acted like they didn't see or hear anything, leaving me outside getting wet from the rain and not being able to get the sauce, I feel despised and discriminated against by the group on duty, I am going to take legal action about it.
