I ordered the breakfast empanada cause I wanted to try it and I’m sorry but it was not good. I actually have it to someone because I really didn’t like it. Everything else was good. Service was great. Coffees are always good.

I WAITED 20 MINUTES FOR NO REASON. they were working super slow! they didn’t even acknowledge me once i drove up to the window after waiting at the menu for 15 minutes and i kept saying hello and no one would respond to even ask me to wait so i went to the window thinking they couldn’t hear me . once i arrived to window the girl was smiling cause she was ignoring me and continued to for another 5 minutes till i gave up and drove off.

I love this dunlin. I go all the time, after school and on weekends. I’ve became friends with some workers and they are super sweet. They speak both english and spanish. Love itttt.
Food took a long time. Donuts were old I had to change them and complain. No one speaks English and the staff doesn’t know how apply your app rewards.

This place is filled with a bunch of people who DO NOT know how to make coffee, especially seasonal ones. when i came for a pumpkin flavored iced coffee it tasted nothing like pumpkin, i just finished going for the cookie butter cold brew and it tasted nothing like it. not to mention they ran out of cold brew. disgusting. DO NOT COME TO THIS DUNKIN.

Terrible service. I went day before to put a PAID order to pick up the next day. When I showed up they said they called me and since I didnt respond they didnt put it together. I asked them if they could call another dunkin and said No. That i had to wait to tomorrow to pick up. I ended up getting other types of donuts but it was supposed to be a specific one for a baptism table decoration. Never again. They were not even trying to be helpful. It was all oh well come tomorrow.
