“This is my to go Dunkin’ Donuts spot ,they are so nice,they are very quick,and they never messed up my order. I always get hot breakfast items like the sausage egg cheese on a croissant,or plain bagel with cream cheese ,and it’s always good and my refreshers as well. They always have every flavor of donuts.“

“I always go to this restaurant, and it never disappoints! The service is amazing, and the staff has such a great attitude. They’re always friendly and make sure you feel welcomed. The only downside is that it’s almost always full, so you’ll usually have to wait in line, but it’s totally worth it. Even with the crowds, the staff’s kindness makes up for it. It’s definitely one of my go-to spots for a consistently great experience!“

“This is the only place open at the Miami airport where you can buy something hot, the quality of coffee and sandwiches is ok, unfortunately the size of the place does not match the number of people using it, deliveries are not available for guests, so unfortunately the place failed in this respect“

“This dunkin is usually really fast but on the weekends they don’t schedule enough staff. Every weekend they put 2-3 people in the morning ( around 7) when it’s peak coffee time. Overall service and ambiance is good here. They just need to work on having more staff.“

“I ordered a hot Chai latte through the app and it was ready when I arrived. Since the Chai latte comes out lacking flavor, I asked the server to make it stronger and she kindly obliged. It turned out a lot better. I really appreciate their customer service.“

“Sitting in the cold, snow covered grounds of Fort Worth, Texas, I thought about the Dunkin’ Donuts experience I had….a LONG TIME ago. I searched and WOW! This Dunkin’ Donuts is still here in the same spot! 56 years ago, I was a 6th grade student at Hibuscus Elementary and chosen to be a crossing guard (yes, the kids were the crossing guards back then), and my post was at the corner of this Dunkin’ Donuts. I would go in and get a donut and met a nice server (I have since forgotten her name). After a few times of going in and seeing her, she would give me the donut! I was on top of the world! This obviously was my favorite post to guard!! Very fond memories of her and Dunkin! Gosh, I sure hope I didn’t get her in trouble! Thank you Dunkin! And thank you to the awesome server back in 1969!“

“I had an issue trying to set up a new membership today so that I can do the two week free medium drinks with a purchase. The cashier was very helpful trying to find the barcode and went above and beyond to make sure I got my free drink for signing up. Best service I’ve received in fast food in a long time! Maritza the server was amicable and efficient. She was fast and offered a variety of donuts to our liking.“

“We will always hit the dunkin' donuts before hitting the road to go on a vacation.We always stop here to get gas and to get a box of munchkins. I suggest getting munchkins over a dozen donuts because a dozen donuts will generally go bad if you don't eat all of them after a day or so.Even though the service is a little bit slow, they always get the order exactly right. We have never had a problem ordering from here.“

“Terrible service I always go to this particular location and never have a problem but today I could not believe it, I made my order and the man was very friendly at first but afterwards was very rude, I got off because I wanted to pick my donuts I didn’t even get asked that he was trying to hand me a box of donuts and I asked if i could pick out my donuts he decided not to help me and some man that came after made a big order and he was there preparing his order while I was just there waiting for someone to help me out. “Every time I visit there I get good service from the young black Jamaican guy if he isn’t there it’s horrible service everybody walking around talking no one ask can they help you I just walk out after standing there for 5 to 10 minutes“

“This Dunkin is usually pretty good and it's my favorite in the area as it has a drive through.
They usually make my orders right, however there has been times where I realized after I left my coffee was made wrong. One time they even gave me a blueberry muffin that was raw in the center. I've also received a croissant instead of a bagel on a sandwich etc. Little mistakes but they add up overtime. Service is always friendly and they are usually very quick.“

“I am kind of surprised by the amount of negative reviews on this specific Dunkin' location. It is convenient in the Brickell area and they always have my order ready and correctly too IF I place an order through the mobile app and pick up in advance.

Walking into the store can be a bit of a different story because it is an extremely busy store location and the lines can be long and customers can get frustrated and then something may be missing from your order which results then in chaos.

So don't forget to order in advance through the mobile app. It'll save you tons of time and unnecessary stress! :)“

“The pros: nice staff drive-through runs smoothly. The cons: inconsistent flavor, got a few lattes that tasted like oat milk only (gross!) When it’s made correctly you taste the other ingredients. It wasn’t like that when I first started going here, they were making it perfectly and the past week or so the drink has been nasty every time. I felt bad asking them to remake it but for the price I had to. Idk if it’s employee error, or ingredients changed - It’s an understandable mistake for a young or new employee - but please fix it.“

“Best Dunkin in North Miami. Coffee is always good, and food is alway good too, hot and fresh. Place is usually always full in the early mornings, unfortunately the drive through is alittle uncomfortable since occasionally you can get caught in the back of the line that also takes up a traffic lane on 103rd st to I-95 North Entrance Ramp, and also on exit of the drive through you can find yourself facing on coming traffic, for NW 103rd ST but also if you don't want to get on I-95 you'll have to pace yourself a bit just to be able to cross the extra lane.

But otherwise the place is always a pleasant and quick process.“
