Ladies working there do not want to work, I ordered 2 boxes of doughnuts and asked if they can put it in a bag the lady hands me the boxes of doughnuts says here and hands me the bag to do it myself.

The manager doesn't realize how rude she is. It's all in her body language and facing expressions. I ordered 25 munchkins and a large milk. I pointed to the cup I wanted for the milk. She returns with my milk in a large coffee cup. Not what I asked for. She see my look of confusion and says they don't serve milk in a large plastic cup. But, I always get my milk in the large plastic cup. I didn't feel like arguing so I went and ate my breakfast. Afterwards, I had to use the restroom. There wasn't any sanitary paper in the restroom or soap in the dispenser. And there's two dispensers. Both bone dry. And there's not enough flush suction on the toilet. Had to flush several times. Unbelievable. Why is this location like this? Why? I blame the manager.

Then proceeds to tell me they don't serve milk in the large plastic cups. I've always been served my milk in a large plastic cup whenever I've asked for it. Why was now any different? And she could have told me in advance instead of after she served me. What if I didn't want it after finding out I can't have it served in the large plastic cup. I frequent this location often. I just get bad vibes from the manager. She seems arrogant and conceited.
