This stand alone Dunkin' has been around for years, changing many hands..the team that's there now are so crass, no customer service experience and their handling of products is questionable....the whole set up is just downright dirty......

8 and a half months pregnant, I went there with my 1.5 yr old son. Was going to use the restroom and then order for me and my son. I asked for help for the restroom and sat there for 10 min waiting. Everyone had a NASTY attitude. Needless to say, I never got to use the bathroom and I never ordered food because the atmosphere was disgusting the attitudes were horrible. And I cursed the restaurant. Ifa and Eshu will take care of you all that was there. Ashe.

10 out of 10 unfortunately would not recommend. I’ve got a couple of times where the coffee tasted like filtered water. The staff are very mean and last time I went I had placed an online order for pick up, and when I came in the manager stated that I never made an order because the ticket did not print even though I had the receipt on my phone with the timestamp of when the order was made. I was literally the only person there, and she refused to acknowledge my order after constantly in a nice way, asking to please double check she made one out of my three orders which I paid and it ended up being made very poorly. I left very frustrated and crying with no coffee and money wasted/spent for an order that I did not receive

Cashier was on phone texting while taking my order. Did not put the phone down at all which prolonged the transaction. Part of my order came out incorrect. While eating there, the same thing happened to another customer. Put down your phone.

Place is OK could be better. They get overwhelmed with orders and they forget and you have to remind them. And the hash brown wear cold and my sausage egg and cheese on sesame bagel was cold as well they rush which isn’t good at all. Only gave five starts for the manager helping me out

The young lady at the register was all over the place and in the middle of me placing my order she’s talking to her coworkers and walking off. Then they forgot to put my oder in and served everyone who was behind me. I finally had to ask when will my order be ready for them to make it. No apology or anything. The croissants are also stale and dry.
