We ordered online and they gave us the wrong order, we left and couldn’t come back because of work and even contacting them online didn’t work, they’ve taken days to reply. I wouldn’t recommend getting your doughnuts here.

Food is prepared always Messy. You’re paying almost $6 for a breakfast sandwich which they tend to only put 2 small pieces of bacon and a slice of sandwich cheese that’s sometimes doesn’t melt because it’s not hot enough. That’s $25 a week and the service is always rushed.

One person attending, nothing against her. Anet does all she can. However, due to a lack of staff working, it is not a good Dunkin. I placed a pick-up order 15 mins later. After waiting on the store, i finally was able to receive it. Place needs more staff.

Went to this Dunkin’ Donuts for my usual coffee and donut today. Never been to this location, but WILL DEFINITELY be coming back. Marcos was the one that took my order and he went above and beyond what was necessary. He made sure that my drink was exactly as I wanted. He was attentive, helpful, and efficient. I am so impressed by the level of service he provided me. I have never felt the need to write a review before, but having interacted with this young man I felt compelled to write this review in hopes that he receives the recognition he deserves. WELL DONE MARCOS!!

We ordered through Uber Eats:-The bagel was like chewing gum -I left a note to add cream cheese to my bagel... they ignored it - The hash browns were soggyIs there an option for no stars?!Very disappointed
The chickens croissant I ordered wasn't good because the chicken was over cooked . And bagel short on cream cheese.

Had to edit HONESTLY I don't know if it's due to change of management for lack of corporate ignoring this location EVERY time I order either on the app or in person they ALWAYS forget something its mind boggling PLUS that reggaeton music they play super LOAD I rather go to Starbucks across the street from them corporate NEEDS to do surprises visits PLUS they lack customer service all them females that work there look like they hate being there I'm sorry to say they need to clean house hire people that want to work
