3/12/24 8:55am When I walked in Anjanette was at the cashier didn’t even look up at me or say good morning. After waiting in silence for a couple minutes and finishing whatever was so important on her phone she asked me dryly, “what do you want?” without looking up. After i paid she left my receipt on the machine and couldn’t even do me the courtesy of handing it to me. She continued to do whatever it was she was doing on her phone. She seems to have a lot of hate and frustration in her life. I feel sorry for people like her. I hope Dunkin’ makes some changes in their front line staff. While sitting here and writing this, I’m watching her interact so in appropriately with paying customers. It’s honestly shocking how someone can treat other so poorly.

“ITS THE APP FAULT!!!! , REALLY? “I waited close to one hour and half for a door dash to deliver the grilled cheese. It is sad bc the store is close is 2 minutes away from a hospital which in my mind it represents a huge business opportunity.I complained to door dash who of course said they have nothing to do . Then, I proceed going to the store and asked for the manager . The manager and the assistant manager explained to me that they can not refuse any orders coming in from door dash. So , I went back to door dash and I asked . According to the feedback received, stores have the capability of logging off when they can’t taking more orders .Since, I am still waiting for the store owner to call me back as I was told by DD customer services representative, I think I should stop by the store and educate the manager on the options.

Worst experience ever, how you keep an ubereats order waiting for an hour , and act stank when I ask about it. Like who raised these people and hired them ? You don't have to be nice just don't be unpleasant and horrible to customers. Especially kind customers. Just horrible, need a whole new staff , hire people who can do the job and not be horrible to customers. You don't need to be nice just not unpleasant.

I stopped in this morning to pick up some donuts for my co-workers and I, I arrived at 6:15 cuz I figured they open at 6:00. The doors didn't open till 6:25 there was about five of us in line waiting then when we get inside they proceeded to continue doing what they were doing instead of taking everyone's order. Once I place my order it still took another 10 minutes just for me to get two dozen donuts. If you going to stop here make sure that you're not in a rush.

This is the most mediocre Dunkin’ I’ve ever been. Ni greetings, no products, no service. You can tell these people have no knowledge of customer service at all. You are going to stay in a line for 15 minutes and just because they are not organized. And then, imagine that they tell you they don’t have what you want, like a stupid type of coffee. “Welcome to Dunkin’ Donuts, we have no donuts”.Oh, I forgot… they don’t say “hello”.
