Nothing but elders that work here. Zero sense of urgency. Been waiting 30 minutes for 1 sandwich.

Team member Diana was extremely nice, patient and help me make my decision when I was indecisive. Food did not disappoint!

Never seem to call out my orders so I end up waiting 15 minutes for no reason every time. Sometimes they take my order but don't actually make it. Would not recommend.

The coffee was weak abs the hash browns tasted stale. I could not eat the sandwich or hashbrowns.

Horrible service, the cashier double charged me, my meal came up to $20.98, I will never order from here again, staying away from here.

This Dunkin is inside of the FIU MMC campus and great because they open really early in the am. Friendly staff and always make my drinks how I ask for them. Prices are reasonable and just a few cents higher than outside the university. Highly recommend if your in campus for professors, visitors, or students! (:

Just stopped by this location expecting only a donut and some coffee, but what we found was a hero. Erick not only brewed us some fresh coffee minutes before closing, but also informed us about local attractions in the area while describing the intricate differences between a donut and beignet. DD needs more people like Erick, 10/10

Got there Sunday, Mother's Day, to pick up some donuts. Door locked, 2 customers inside and a line out the door. The guy working there opens the door to let one of the customers out. I ask, "what's going on? Why is the door locked?" He said they had a lot of UBEREATS orders and were busy and can't take walk-ins. I asked if I could wait inside and he said "yes, you're going to wait a long time, at least 30 minutes, at least". All the customers who were lined outside the LOCKED door left. Unbelievable!!!!!

The worst DD on earth. I have to say the young girl who took my order was very nice and attentive. Let me start by saying everything was broken at this place. The frozen machine was broken, the toaster making a loud noise because it was dirty. The lady making the food was paying attention to everything else except doing her job. I ordered 4 sandwiches and 2 of them were frozen cold, not even heated. The gentleman making the coffee was watching videos on YouTube and that's why my cappuccino ended with half a cup of cinnamon. Doughnuts were empty inside, not just one but 2 Boston cream, 1 jelly. Overall the worst experience ever, needless to say, I will not be going back to that location. Very unprofessional staff (except the lady with blue highlights on her hair)

I've ordered here several times before and typically, the experience is "normal" for a fast food chain where they are usually out of donuts or they're stale. Those issues are to be expected. Today was by far, my worst experience. Three people were working to assist clients, the line consisted of 5+ people and at one point, I realized it was taking longer than usual to be assisted. The staff was arguing audibly over money missing from the till. The clients that were being served in front of me, were waiting around for their order and appeared to be unsure of what was taking so long. It wasn't until a customer from the end of the line asked if they had someone else that would be able to assist us. The dark haired woman stopped mid-argument to tell him no and state that he needed to wait. He then asked if they knew where the closest Dunkin' was and the woman responded with a curt "You can look it up." After hearing that comment, I followed him out immediately due to the incredibly rude behavior from this individual and realizing that the long line and customers' needs would be put last at this location. (I drove to another location and saw the same customer there. The experience was a lot better and the staff was 110% more attentive and kind.) I would gladly drive out of my way to go to the other Dunkin' versus this one that is closer to home.

Up until this week, I had usually a good experience here as I am always in the mood for Dunkin' coffee...I had asked politely for a fork, and the employee told me in a concerning raised voice "THAT WILL BE $0.25!!!" I just politely said, I thought to ask, and walked right out--obviously there is no need for such behavior, you could have said it in a much more poliet way. You lost a loyal Dunkin coffee drinker, keep up your rudeness, you will lose more. In these challenging times, people have a choice where they can do business.
