They're always under staffed. The one girl who's always working has to do everything with the delivery luck up ordered, make the food and coffee and still manage to serve customers waiting in line. Just to much and it takes to long for this reason. Do better Dunkin donuts

Whatever you do, don't go to this Dunkin unless you want to be treated horribly. Extremely horrible service. The staff is very rude. I would rather travel farther and pay more at a different Dunkin, than step into this place again. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. I will be sure to never step foot into this place again. I will be sure to tell everyone not to go into this place.

Young lady at the register..Acts upset... 1 Employee to take the order, make the order and charge the order.Only coffee and donuts!!! That's what we were told.So, the person that handles the cash is the same person making the order...

One of the ladies on the startup crew that makes a coffee usually doesn't show up until 5:00 am so the coffee is not even ready at 5:00. She should be there 15 minutes before 5:00

Arrived to this dd this morning to place an order for a staff meeting. The ladies at this place were so rude. This dd opens at 5am. I arrive at 5:35 i asked for 2 dozen donuts. There wasn't much of a choice to choose from so i asked the lady if she could find out how long it will be for a bit more variety of donuts. With an attitude she tells me no they won't be ready. I repeated my question and finally she asked the second woman in the back. Who also seemed annoyed how loung before more donuts. They talk between them both annoyed at my request. Uggghhh why do i as a customer have to feel as if I'm the problem. Nobody respects customer service.

I love Dunkin Doughnuts but please don't cut the amount of toppings. I LIKE MY BOSTON CREAM DOUGHNUT WITH END TO END CHOCHOLATE FROSTING NOT JUST IN THE MIDDLE!

If I was a cursing person I would..this is why businesses fail...the customer service is HORRIBLE here...no regard for customers and customer service. The girl behind the counter kept talking to her friend and ignoring the line and her friend after awhile had to go back to work so she broke the conversation and allowed the dukin worker to go back to work and attend to the line...

Just a normal dunkin donuts inside the gas station nothing fancy nothing crazy. There is no sit down area that I saw you just pick up and leave. There is a bitcoin ATM for any crypto lovers inside the gas station.

i came here today for 2 iced coffees. i usually don't write reviews, but the 2 girls working were AMAZING! i didn't get their names but one was tall and darker with curly hair and the other was short and dark aswell. i will definitely be coming back and think they should be getting the recognition they deserve. this was around 1-2 pm on 12/21/21
