I come here each sunday for a time of donuts and the general enjoyment of the atmosphere. While on the topic of atmosphere I mean literal atmosphere. It's always so hot and the air feels congested. The staff is passing out and the AC not being fuctional makes it an unsafe environment for the staff. Great service but they need to fix the AC immediately.

Service was awesome but it’s so hot in there ,how can anyone be in there for more than a minute I felt like fainting . What fast food place has no A/C. I feel so bad for the workers for having to work with no air it’s more hot inside then outside.

Very easy in and out for my food, soent less than 10 minutes inside waiting.Depending on the time of day you may have very few donuts to select from, so caution on that! Otherwise it is great.

This is the worst dunkin donuts in all miami, I have been there over 4 times because is the closest to my house but I have never been in luck, they rarelly have fresh donuts and never ever have a good variety usually they have only 3 or 4 kind of donut only. I am posting the review today because not once I've had a good experience there.

This is possibly one of the worsts Dunkins in Miami. Usually the food is not bad but the orders are wrong in one form or another most of the time and the staff is extremely rude. Multiple times I've had someone speak to me with attitude for absolutely no reason.

Dani and Sophie are amazing, they received customers with a smile, always have the orders on time, I really recommend them if you’re going to order something from West Kendall store. You will receive the best attention and this is by far my favorite Dunkin

Can you guys stop giving customers a cup of milk . A ice latte doesn’t need 3 pounds of ice. Unbelievable how this simple concept isn’t understood.

I hadn't been to Dunkin' in years. Coming in today reminded me why I hadn't visited a Dunkin' in forever. Starbucks remains superior especially with their iced matcha lattes. This one tasted extremely artificial and not healthy whatsoever. The avocado toast almost broke my teeth from how hard it was (clearly it was left out for so long, the bread at least, and was reheated several times because it tasted so). The only good thing remains the hash browns and even those tasted clearly reheated. Nothing tasted fresh. The avocado was straight up guacamole like the ones you buy in the supermarket, it wasn't even fresh avocado. But I'm glad I came! Now I know I'm not coming back no matter how "cheap" it is. You literally get what you pay for but even then, you get inedible food
