I'm not one to write a review unless I'm upset. Every time I come in here the workers are rude and today the lady couldn't understand me and was telling me no to something I get all the time that they don't carry what I wanted. My food came out hard like a rock. You need to hire better people.

First of the lady is rude has no sense of urgency or customer service to begin with. As she is making my food this LADY had the audacity to LEGIT EAT THE BACON OFF MY SANDWICH (Bacon,Egg,& cheese croissant) and as I catch her I told her I'm sorry but May I get my refund and she legit shakes her head and says no like excuse me?!?! since when was it okay to eat off people food THAT THEY PAY FOR so as I said no I need my refund and called her out so at this point she had no choice and she has NO NAME TAG AT ALL but the receipt says 336936 Alicia (register info on refund receip) DON'T COME HERE AND SHE REUSES THE SAME GLOVES YUCK!!

The employees are rude! Very unprofessional. They hear you are talking to them in English and continue to talk to you in Spanish. Place is dirty. Their faces tell you they don't want to be there doing their job. Awful place to go .

The food was made perfectly, but there was one guy working alone tirelessly, and he looked insanely tired, while the rest of the staff were sitting down in the back seemingly doing nothing. Then, other times I have come closer to night time, they have this guy working completely alone. Definitely a management issue.

The food was expensive for the quantity and quality. The order of hash browns comes with just 6 greasy and cold pieces. The bread for the sandwiches were not toasted properly. I had to request for them to re-toast them. The service is horrendous. All the tables were dirty and they got upset when I asked someone to please clean the table for us. NEVER AGAIN.

This is the first dunking after alligator alley so you're very happy when you see it. Staff was friendly and fast. Small store but got everything you need

This store closes at 10 pm i arrived there at 9 pm on June 30 for a cappuccino and they couldn't make me the coffee because they had already clean the machines 1 hour before closing not professional at all won't be going to this Dunkin anymore

Came in just before 9pm to see this, meanwhile the lady is by her self doing some serious cleaning... when i tried to order she didnt even bother to put the donuts back under the lights.obviously management is mostly to blame..
