The bagels are fresh and great but the staff really needs to move faster. I waited 10 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese. I've gone several times and always have the same experience.

I'm a fan of their bagels, especially the lox on an everything bagel with cream cheese, tomatoes, capers and red onions and toasted. The bagels are soft and easy to eat. Perfect. Their service need to improve and I wish their soda machine was accessible but they have it behind the counter.

What kind of bagel do I want? Everything The schmear is the hardest decision but I like their chives spread the most. The orange juice is freshly squeezed and can be easily obtained in the checkout lane. They've got plenty of bagel sandwiches but I stick to my double toasted and hollowed bagel with extra cream cheese because YOLO. Don't judge the other veggie spreads, they pack a punch. It's affordable and convenient if you need a bite and are in the area. Like everything, there's rush times but luckily they are quick and punch out orders fast so you can get in with your day. Sometimes, I'll get a pumpernickel because I can appreciate the nutty dense flavor profile it captures. It gets the job done for a very attractive price. You can't go wrong.

Come here weekly when I'm on shift. I've had the Asiago bagel with cream cheese and the Nova bagel. Everything comes out delicious and quick. The only hiccup I've had was with a coffee order and when I brought it up to staff they rectified it. There are a variety of seating options booths, tables, and a high top table. They have a variety of toppings you can put on your bagel as well as different cream cheeses. This is my go to spot at Jackson. Enjoy!

This place is simple and straight to the point. Sandwiches, coffee and of course, bagels. Asiago bagel is my favorite. I love cheese on cheese on cheese; the more the merrier. Order it toasted, spread some onion & chive cream cheese shmear and voila! I won't lie, I always have a backup. If you're feeling it, order the everything bagel with the veggie shmear. It's just as good. The veggie shmear scared me, but it tastes like a bell pepper dip. I could literally eat it on anything! Wanna be MVP at work for the day? Pick up a dozen for $18. You are winning!

I came here this morning and the service was amazing. I got my order quick (by the way it tasted delicious) but the best part was the customer service. As soon as I opened the door to I was already being greeted by the manager Ramona. When I got up to the counter to place my order she was so helpful, friendly and a ray of sunshine. I'd definitely come back to this Einstein Bros Bagels.
