Bought me 2 coffee and asked for more sugar to the worker but either they ignore or couldn't hear me threw the thick privacy glass they had all over the counter no napkins or anything in the lobby very dirty floors very poor service they really need to close that store

Just because it’s in the hood doesn’t mean it should betray “hood service” it’s always a hit or miss with this place. They can’t make a latte to save their life. Don’t get a special drink that might require science smh. The food is old half the time and the service is hood. I really can’t make this up. I’m done coming here!!

Why these people act like I woke them out of bed to make coffee smh . Taking my order and breathing hard and sucking teeth like how did I piss you off when I uttered no more than 5 words of my order , I only ordered 2 items , rushing me when there's literally one car behind me and it's empty inside the store. Come on now , I have to be extra nice all the time and they're rude every time smh . Then picking up the order like here it is , come on like she damn near wanted to throw to my face smh. You don't need to be curtious but damn don't be unpleasant especially if I'm not unpleasant to deal with at all.They need a whole new staff .

Staff was super nice. Our cashier Lerick (not sure if I spelled correctly sorry) was very nice. Although they were pretty busy they made great drinks and provided amazing customer service!! Thank you ?

Irresponsible staff that don't mind at all how the product is delivered nor service quality. I've waited over 10 minutes in drive thru to receive the incorrect product. I didn't have more time so I ate what they gave me and tasted awful. Not even prices are consistent with product quality. This is the worst experience I have ever had at an establishment. Service was too long over 6 mins in drive thru. Food tasted like the metal it was prepared on. No response from server at all. Drove up waited 6 mins. Gave my card , got my food and drive off. Not a word from the server. Felt like I was being punished for arriving. Horrible experience. Hope I don’t get sick from the food. Beware. Stop going there years ago . Thought they may have fixed the issue, but seems like they don’t care at all about their customers.

8/20/23 8:15-8:25am When We pulled up to the window the bill was $3.78 and was put in the window to pay for the bill. She gave the receipt back with 22 cent first thing I said the person can not count so we picked up the receipt and saw the bill was $2.78 not $3.78 so we asked where was the $1 she stated and I quote I just assumed you was giving a tip. So if that’s the case why not keep all the change. Then caught and attitude if you don’t give me my hot dollar back I know something. Never going back there good thing I was with my people. I’m so tired of ppl taking advantage of the elders. They should NOT be collecting tips in drive through. PERIOD. Let the customer decide if you deserve a tip or not just don’t assume. That’s my first time seeing a tip jar in a drive through

This Dunkin is the worst one i've been to yet. My partner and I pull up to the driver thru and we did not get any kind of greeting by the employees. We stood in the drive thru for about 10 minutes without taking an order so we decide to pull forward and see if we can go inside to get our mobile order. We pull around and it turns out the lobby is closed due a " leak ". This Dunkin needs to get their shit together ASAP.

Walk ins Don't come here..The old lady and crew never let anyone in the store... They always say go thru the drive thru with cars. They'll treat you like you live in the street... theres never not enough employees to open the lobby.. I bet this store makes the least amount of money... I can never Buy DD in this LocationI really dislike this Store I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there.. unless you want to fight... All negative vibes in that Store...
