I usually would go to the McDonalds not to far from Dunkin’ Donuts and I regret going to that Mc Donald’s. I must say that this Dunkin’ donuts is the best place to get your breakfast!!! The employees are amazing and the customer service is A-1. I enjoy getting my croissant sandwich from here every morning. Thank you guys for being the best at what you guys do. Amazing!!! I visit this Dunkin Donuts almost daily on my way to work because of the drive thru team! Yolanda and all of the crew are wonderful, friendly, quick and efficient but the best part is that they make me smile! Great team!!

It’s a shame how bad emoloye that feel entitled to make decisions that affect the operation. A short time 1-11-24 9:20 am I went through the Drive Thru and Yolanda asked if I had placed the order on the monitor . I told her it was my first time here and I did not see the monitor, I apologized. She told me I had to drive around… wow with 1 car behind me.All I wanted was 1 donut, 1 coffee.Not Good!Thank youRalph

Employees are a mess and unprofessional. The environment is disgusting and filthy. Food was served cold, and donuts looked and tasted like it's been out for days.
No employee present / visible so I placed my order and paid for it on the kiosk. When the employee appeared she told me they don't have any cold brew coffee or donuts which were the two things I ordered and paid for. Not only that, but she was not allowed to refund orders from the kiosk. Is this even possible? Dunkin give me my money back. How can this even be possible?

I only give this store a 1, not good service at all. Went to buy sugar donuts, they didn't have any, and the glazed donunts none were in the case. There were only 3 different donuts to choose from.The guy came from the back with a box of "glazed " donuts.I opened the box to find 6 dried donuts. I confronted the young guy, and asked if the store had ANY GLAZED DONUTS. His responds was yeah what you have. I asked him if he's ever seen a glazed donut. Quality of food & service at this store is awful !!!! Not the first time this has happened.(Never going back there for sure). The place was empty. No wonder ?Good luck !!!
