We came from Broward today, Sunday, 4/2/24, to eat here visiting a relative, thinking it was the same quality of food, but it wasn't, we ordered a small chicken aguadito where it had no flavor, no chicken, no rice. Since we didn't eat it, we asked for a refund. Since we didn't eat it, the manager told us that he couldn't give us a refund due to a company policy of giving credit but not returning or refunding what you don't consume.Working more than 20 years in the restaurant business and as a manager it is unacceptable not to do that for the customer, we and any business that appreciates its customers does it but it seems that they do notAnd well it was the first and last time here because of the bad customer service, apart from that they charge 2 dollars of credit card fee when they have to pay their fee and not the clients so that when they come they know that they don't let them know that eitherTerrible service, and the food was not good for what it cost, stale and insipid and terrible customer service management.We will not return.

Good Peruvian food.Unfortunately the staff who clean the month are very spoiled.You ask him to clean the table that was left dirty and aggressively, he tells me that he was not going to clean it. When complaining to the staff who attended the checkout. He just ordered someone else to clean the table, which was dirty.

I ordered the beef with vegetables and rice, the beef was really choi or I guess super uncooked and low quality of meet.I returned the dish and got their recommendation instead, the roasted chicken with fried rice which was ok.Honestly I didn’t expect much from this place, I had a problem with my order and they replaced it, fair enough for 3 stars.

Chaufa rice doesn't taste nothing like a chaufa rice. The ingredients tasted old. And lomo salteado plate was weak. The sauce that it brings needed help I highly recommend to stay away from this

Very Disappointed!!!I made a phone order of an item in their menu on-line which had a certain price.When I went to pick up the order I was charges way more than the price stated on-line.I checked their paper menu (the one they have in the restaurant the price was a couple of dollars higher) and when I asked the cashier why I was charged even MORE than the price online and the price in the physical menu, she just responded that the price was updated all of the sudden ...And that is not all... when I checked the copy of my receipt, I saw an extra charge for using credit card.

This place was empty for a reason. 2 chickens, salad, and an order of peruvian fried rice 74 dollars. The food was ok but for the amount of money is not worth it, there are better places and cheaper than this place. A total wast of time and money.

The manager of this place is Peruvian but it is the worst mananger that I have seing. the chicken was raw, the fried rice dry and refried, the french fries were dry, we ask for new french fries and he said that we already ate and he can't. As an owner of this place I will change him, if you don't want to loose your place better trained your Manager or change him. Very arrogant. 0 stars for this place.

I ordered food for pickup. I tip a pretty decent amount and they proceeded to ask for two more sauces, just two. And they still wanted me to charge me. It's my decision to tip and have that level of consideration for the food industry, but I do think it should be a two way street, especially when all I'm asking is for two extra sauces.
