Restaurant does not grant promotions. They do not even bother to look and help. I did not have a problem ordering or paying for meals.. my problem was the lack of customer service. This lady Eddy I believe is her name... asking for me to move aside so the person behind could order instead of assisting .. answering a simple question or explanation. Very rude. Customer service aslt a restaurant is vital.
It was my first time trying Firehouse Subs and I’d say they will definitely be stealing me from Jimmy John’s. They subs are great and the options I would argue are far better than their competitions.Their customer service was top notch too (they were quick and painless) I also appreciated the decor it was very interesting and overall welcoming.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian friendly.

If you order online, arrive at least 30 minutes after it says it should be ready. I ordered at 10:40am on a Friday so I could pick up some subs around 11:05. I'm writing this as I'm still waiting at 11:33. There's no one else here waiting so it's not busy at all. Edit: sub did taste good once I finally got it
