I tried fit2go ready made meals and they were delicious. I don't like to cook often and this fits my lifestyle. So much food and everything tasted so good. Fresh vegetables and soups. Aa very varied menu with plenty of choices. I stopped ordering when I went on vacation, but will definitely restart soon

I have been a customer since Feb 2017 and can say the food has only gotten tastier with time. While I did have some issues with my deliveries during pandemic times, it seems to be a thing of the past. I am at the peak of busy season for work and barely have time to eat. It's been amazing to have my meals delivered on time and without interruptions. To whoever is handling the deliveries, a BIG THANK YOU! My tummy truly appreciates it.

I ordered food for a week. I ordered 4 entrees from the regular menu. Pro: Food would arrive in the morning. Ordering was pretty easy. Canceling was done by sending an email. Cons: Food didn't taste good. And for some reason there was always chopped cabbage at the bottom of every entree. Meal 1: Buffalo Parm Crusted Chicken, Buffalo Blue Sauce was soggy and weird tasting. Meal 2: Fiesta Lime Carnitas, Cilantro-Lime Dressing was the only decent meal but not worth the $65 for the package. Meal 3: Ahi Tuna Poke, Spicy Mayo & Soy Sauce - the raw fish arrived too warm for me to trust eating. Tossed it. Meal 4: Italian Meat Lovers Pizza, Ranch Sauce - was ok.

I was looking for a daily meal service after having a baby and major surgery which put me out of commission in the kitchen. I was really happy with the meals. I first tried paleo, which is… ya know, paleo. It’s not the most exciting meal in the world but that’s no ones fault, it was very good considering the limitations. Then I switched to regular meals and I was really impressed. My food always arrived before 9 am, it was always fresh, was great warmed up and always packaged nicely. Soups never leaked and wraps were tightly packaged. I definitely recommend this. The price point is spot on in comparison to ordering the same thing from a restaurant and the UberEats fees.

Terrible experience with this company. I had first used them when I purchased a Groupon in July 2020. Fast forward to now, I wanted to give them a try (and was paying a lot more then I did with Groupon). To start, all the foods did not have their nutritional information..when I reached out I was told they were switching systems and were trying to post something on Instagram but that labels would be back on the following week. Assuming this was planned they could have pre-planned to post the information for this week on social media. Then, they had advertised free delivery. I emailed on their website on Monday and heard nothing back. I reached out to the email address on their site and their manager, JC explained the free delivery was for people who sign up for weekly plans not order week to week but would refund me the $14.00. Fast forward to today, multiple emails between JC & their office manager, Simon, and I still never received my refund. Literally almost a week since my initial email. They also owed me a meal credit for a missing portion of one of my orders plus a credit per JC. So, in total, I was owed my refund plus two meal credits. I got NOTHING. They emailed multiple times Saying it was "done" but it wasn't. I have received no refund, no credits in my account. And to top it off, the food was alright but not as good as it was from summer of 2020. Overall, I would stay away. They have poor communication, organization and don't care about keeping their word to clients. If simple administrative tasks can't get done or fall through the crack, I can't imagine what other things could potentially be falling through cracks. Judging how they couldn't manage to get my stuff done I wouldn't even be surprised if they went another week without their nutrition labels.

I tried this place a while back and it was ok. Tried it out 2 weeks ago and it’s was amazing. The food is incredible and the service is even better. I had a missing meal yesterday and they not only drove it all the way to my house, but added a few credits to my account. I didn’t even have to call to say I was missing something. Very impressed.

Update..We all know Fit2go has had a very difficult time over the past year….and was a disaster for past 6 months. I cashed out my $1,000 credit and fed the people and staff in my building. Josh…the newly sole owner …personally delivered the meals over 3 days. I was assured the problematic co-owner and husband is no longer with the company. I have used Fit2go every week since 2007. I hope the last 6 months is just a blip … I never want anyone else to receive a sugar free jello cup or yogurt again as a dessert. The website is looking better…and able to access it to order. It is not like it was 2 years ago prior to COVID but that is to be expected. I am changing to 3 stars because of the shake up in ownership and management…the food and website seem to be improving. The people in my building enjoyed the food and were impressed the current owner personally delivered….I will keep checking back frequently to see if this is something that will work for me in the future….

I placed an order for 5 meals on a Sunday, Tuesday rolled around and I still had not received any meals. When I called that morning and spoke to a manager and provided with detailed delivery instructions, I was assured that the delivery would be made between 8:30 and 1:00 PM. Wednesday morning, I still had not received any meals and contacted JC Perez via email asking him to cancel NEVER requesting a refund. In response I received an email quite literally berating me for cancelling the subscription, unprofessional, to say the least, and borderline threatening. To date, I have not received assurances that they will not continue billing my credit card. Do not do business with these people if you do not want to get ripped off! I hope you enjoy my money gentlemen. PS: I am told, by Mr. Perez, that he is the actual owner of the business. Incredibly, he has kept harassing me, a paying customer, in spite of the fact that I allowed him to keep my money after receiving no product or service. I guess that's what passes for customer service in Miami. Astounding.

Stop and think this company has lowered itself into the thinkable I am sorry Cesar you wanted to spread your wings but loyal customers got screwed over and over again . I don't know if there is a way to make this right. We were forced to take was offered no matter how meager. ..I paid $10+ for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich...wait until the pandemic is over to have this company provide what you paid for ...if this company survives an I did everything I could to support this company during the pandemic. The CEO and her husband are fully responsible for this nightmare

Worst experience ever! I was basically charged for 3 subscriptions in one month. Ever since they changed they’re website it’s been a mess. I’ve been back and forth with them and nothing seems to get solved. They’ve sent meals that I never purchased and charged me an extra $250 total. I’ve spoken to them a few times and they say they’re going to fix the issue and they don’t. Three weeks later and Still no refund. And then, They were supposed to take me off of automatic renewal and this morning I get an email that they renewed it. Another $125 that I never purchased. I never write reviews but this is ridiculous. The food is alright but the service is not good. I’ve had the worst experience with them.
