i've loved five guys for years and it was a big part of my childhood, although i don't come as much anymore i still enjoy it from time to time and i do admit it's a bit of a splurge especially if you're not eating alone lol. but, the service here is honestly great i've only had bad experiences when i order closer to closing time, so i would avoid that altogether. the food is always fresh and their shakes are amazing! definitely a go-to burger place
1st strike: made the wrong burger2nd strike: gave my new burger to someone else3rd strike: Striking myself out because I will not come back to avoid this from happening again.Inconsiderate of customers time because talking up a storm with ones coworker was more important than ones duty.

I love Five guys, but this one in particular, mixed our orders and for some reason, one of the patties was incomplete. It looked like a donut, noting in the middle. Thankfully we opened the bread to pour in some ketchup and noticed that only the borders of the burger were there. They did changed the whole hamburger but not before telling us that that was our order. I don’t know when did they put on the menu a donut shape pattie.
