I have a question for you. It appears you smoke with charcoal. Which equates to a hot and fast cook. I noticed you have posted pictures of pork ribs and beef ribs (google reviews and on your instagram) you do understand you can’t , is impossible to get any type of smoke ring from what those specific pictures show. Are those pictures that I am mentioning your pictures that you’re posting? Oh and why block me on instagram for asking this question?I don’t see any pictures of you burning any wood or coal. I highly doubt any pit masters reach out to you. You don’t smoke any of your meats, using charcoal as your pictures states is not smoking at all. I think you may have the wrong definition of grilling and smoking. You need to educate yourself. The photo with the beef rib platter, I highly doubt you smoked that beef rib from the display of what your food actually looks like. That can’t be achieved by using charcoal on high heat and a fast cook. From your accusation to call me jealous is only how a fool would reply. I think it’s you that is jealous that can’t produce a good product. Just look at the majority of your pictures, your food looks sloppy then all of a sudden the beef rib platter and a few more pictures don’t look up to par with the sloppy food you make. You cook hott and fast with your set up, I don’t see anything smoked for a long period of time. I’m not making this up, again look at your set up and the finished product of your food. I bet pit masters come to a tub like you for advice lolThe photos are posted in the bottom. That is not the beef ribs or brisket you make look at the real pictures of your brisket doesn’t make match the photo below nor is that bright red St. Louis rack with the grass behind the ribs. That rack that looks dried out is your product. The proof is in the pudding big boy. Not sure what you have to say now. Prove what I’m asking is wrong?

COLLARD GREEN LOOK LIKE THE CANNED GREENS, THEY SO SOGGY AND MACARONI BASICALLY TASTE LIKE SUGAR AND ELBOW NOODLES. ONLY THING WAS GOOD WAS THE YELLOW RICE. We were vacationing in Miami and came across this gem! I was determined to try souse and Fred's did not disappoint. The food was amazing, and Fred and the guys made us feel right at home. That thang you did with that corn was fire!!! Love every bit of it. I also got the smoked turkey leg with some jerk sauce that was delicious also, I just could have used a little more jerk on mine. Even with a fractured hand I ate every bite. Thanks Fred, next time we're in Miami we'll be back!!
Phenomenal taste !! So good make you want to slap your mama !!
