I have been coming to this restaurant fairly consistently over the past two weeks. The three young ladies who work behind the counter are extremely efficient and courteous. In the last two days I have had the best wraps I’ve ever had anywhere that were prepared by Kati, who is not only efficient but clearly a true professional. I highly recommend this restaurant for an incredibly satisfying food experience. Everything is so fresh and can be accompanied by a tantalizing assortment of dressings.

The owner was kind and attentive enough to read my review and reach out to make things better than when I last came. He quickly communicated with me and I was later greeted by the manager- a sweetheart!- who listened to my issues from last visit and made a great effort to fix them and offer me a better experience this time. I was very happy that all of the delicious toppings were available, and I got to enjoy a delicious salad. Thank you to management and everyone at this location for caring and putting customers first!

If you are looking for light and filling options Giardino has those options. El Caribe from Giardino Gourmet Salads is a nice and light meal, made up of beans, tomatoes, avocado, plantain chips, and chicken, and I choose jasmine rice as the side. Their salads are very filling and they offer some amazing options. I also love to order a side of their croutons you can order a full bag and they are so good they are even great on their own.

I was craving a salad so I came here. The lettuce was cheap (iceberg) it is suppose to be with romaine lettuce but there was none and the chicken was under seasoned . The rice was also soggy. Definitely disappointing for an over priced salad. Possibly one of the worst salads I’ve tried in my life
I honestly cannot give Giardinos South Miami enough stars! I went there tonight at almost closing time and I was so pleasantly surprised to find that Kathy was working there tonight. She is A-MAZING! Her customer service is like no other, she is so great! She is definitely manager material and should be promoted in every way possible. She would also be such a blessing as a trainer especially in customer service! I had ay way wrap with romaine dressing, double avocado, double grapes, tropical chicken (of course), and honey mustard! Each ingredient was so beautifully married in, the romaine lettuce was super crunchy, and everything super fresh. Not to mention the ambiance and the restaurant was immaculate! This is the best of the giardino franchises by far! Thank you so much Kathy, for always making it such a beautiful experience for me!

A great place to eat. Especially if ur wanting something healthy and filling. The soups and wraps are the bomb. And the staff are very friendly and amazing. Def will be telling my friends to check it out. I suggest the tomatoe and guoda soup yumm.

There also are many Giardino originals on the menu. The staff is very friendly and helpful. On this visit, I noticed that they cater. The staff member behind the counter gave me a quick overview and catering menu. Pricing seems consistent with similar places. I may use for my next small gathering (around 10-15 ppl). Overall, I highly recommend Giardino's for a quick and healthy lunch or dinner option. Looking forward to trying their catering service.

I have always loved Giardinos salad. Their hospitality was something I’ve always looked forward to. Today, Sunday, May 8th. I placed a call at around 4PM to order two salads from their menu. No changes to how the salad was made. I was told that I had to place the order online. I asked when this policy was put into place and was told that when they are too busy this is what they resort to. I had to go find their website, create an account, and prepay for a simple order. I checked the reviews before writing and found that the response from Jaime was horrifying. The suggestion of ordering it through Uber eats is extremely disrespectful to a client who wants to come in to pick up. Perhaps, Jaime is unaware that Uber eats charges delivery fee and if you are a decent person, tip. Jaime states they are a small business. My advice to you is act like one and i hope you have enjoyed your success. Because with treatment and suggestions like these, I don’t think it will last very long. Right now, I am waiting for my order to be ready according to the site and there isn’t a single soul in the restaurant, so it seems like clients have to be inconvenienced wether or not staff is busy.

From the beginning the ladies treat you as a family member walking into their kitchen and preparing whatever your hearts desire with the utmost care and love. Yes! It feels and taste like home! They have to yet to disappoint this picky family, can’t thank them enough for consistent and superb service and food.
