This whole place is disgusting. Killing those birds all because to keep a maintained look is so sad. It wasn’t your guys place to hire a 3rd party company and just pin it on them, you paid for it own it. Disgusting behavior all around. Never will I go here again, makes me wonder what they do to customers food if they don’t like people.

We arrived with a reservation at the indicated time and after 30 minutes I didn't even know they had offered us, the waiters were very indifferent, apparently they wanted to close quickly even though there were several tables left and the waiter began to serve water, I ask for normal water in a glass that San had Pellegrino, we told me and he took the glass, he never refilled the water and when we asked him he responded very badly, maybe he never did. Leave us a tip for the team behind it, but the table service was not the best.
Food was horrible and saw on the news they are not animal friendly. ! Manager was extremely rude and will never come back hereDo not support this business. They are scum

Grazianos in bird road is one of our go to places as it never disappoints. It is consistently great food and service. Their cocktails are also pretty good!! The food is so great we hardly ever change what we eat because we love it so much! To start the Burrata with prosciutto is the best! Entraña, is always perfectly cooked and the quality is excellent, potatoes au gratin and grazianos salad ..love it ALL. There is an older gentleman waiter, so nice and attentive. There is honestly nothing I can complain about, ever. Oh, I actually really miss the little antipasto type of beans they used to bring to the table with the bread, hope they bring them back.
