Loved Haggen Dazs, this one particularly because you can sit outside to enjoy your ice cream or take a nice walk around. It was perfect!!!

This Häagen-Dazs ice-cream store is conveniently located next to the movie theater at the Falls mall. This makes for a perfect little treat right after the movies. The store is small and does get crowded. There is outside seating available. The Raspberry White Truffle flavor is one of my favorites of all time. I do find it a bit crazy how much you pay but I guess that's what you get for getting brand ice-cream outside of a supermarket. The only thing I found a bit silly (but not related to the store itself so not deducting stars): we were sitting outside finishing our ice-creams when a mall employee came and said that the mall is closed so we had to leave. Mind you, this is an outdoor mall that people were still able to walk through by the time we were sitting.

Horrible service, employees were on their phones and had no people skills whatsoever. Came with my daughter and the employee ANTONIO was unable to scoop the vanilla chocolate chip ice cream so he scraped the sides of the tub, my daughter ordered the raspberry sherbet which was much softer because nobody barely ordered that flavor (based off of the amount the tub had, it was basically untouched) When I asked if he could add a scoop the worker said "I can't" and when I showed him both cups he said they're the same portions which you don't need to have 20/20 vision to clearly see one has two scoops and one had just a single scoop. Hire more qualified ice cream scoopers with some actual common sense and customer service experience, this franchise is going downhill with employees like Antonio.

Great ice cream !!!!!! They have been at the falls for as long as I can remember, still with the same great taste. Cookies and cream!!! You have to try it!!!

Horrible service, all of the 4 young employees, 3 males and one female, completely ignored us, they were watching their cell phones and ignored us, no eye contact, not a May I help you , we were in front of the ice cream freezer for 3 minutes and not even looked at us We left the place and went to another place If I'm the manager, I will put security indoors cámaras to check how they treat your customers and I will fire them on the spot, very disrespectful Millenium young generation, broke with empty pockets that just need a cell phone to spend their life
Great service, ample variety of ice cream flavors and prompt prep/delivery. I ordered a chocolate milkshake and it was really yummy and well prepared by Leila, an attentive and very kind employee. It was a happy experience and what one expects when going out for ice cream any given Sunday afternoon!

Went for a smoothie, and the attendant saw me discussing with my 4yo daughter about all the flavors so she can pick one, then when I order it, he tells me they don’t have the “things” to make smoothies. I think he was just lazy to do it. For that I give them 1 star.Anyway, we ended up having a super overpriced ice cream cone which she enjoyed. That’s why the 2 stars.

10 dollars for a very bland milkshake. I would have enjoyed something much better at Dairy Queen across the street for less. Even better I could have gone to publix and bought hagaan daz ice cream BOGO and made my own milk shake at home.

They could be friendlier. The ice cream is good.
