I've been on this food plan for over a year now. I honestly loved it! You will lose weight if you stick to the meal plans. I was 170 when I started and lost 30 pounds on the paleo, but then gained it back due to stress, work and going back to eating out at restaurants lol so if you wanna lose weight, you definitely need to stick to eating the meals they give you and nothing else or it's not going to work. I like the company, they seem to have a good system in place to satisfy their customers need, great customer service & very flexible in customizing your meals.The downside is the actual food, the meals are not expensive and are quite affordable, but they lack quality . The Meals are unappealing to the eye & don't taste very well either, low effort is put into their breakfast meals and it shows on the plate. With better food and more appealing meals I can see myself coming back...read full review
