Horrible service… It was really incredible to order directly from their website, go to pick up the order and they tell me that they no longer have access to that system. They charged me for the order, he tells me that he cannot place the order or return the money. Lack of responsibility especially when the order was directly with them. I don't recommend them.

The food is good but in the flagler's position in customer service and quality of service they really leave a lot to be desired, it is really so outrageous to see that the man who makes the hot dogs completes the orders to serve them for his acquaintances and/or or friends as if they were giving food to the rest of the customers. It is unfortunate that honest people with education and good manners, we have to see the same behavior and lifestyle of cheating and abuse and liveliness that we left behind in our country of origin, unfortunately marginality is carried in the head not where one comes from , thank you

This review is for the position they placed in the Flagler... if I could give ZERO stars I would, it is a shame that you need to have the person who is preparing the hot dogs as a friend so that they can send you! After an hour and a half of waiting and they shamelessly take orders from some people who arrived much later than us, as if our money doesn't count, on the other hand we complain about what was happening right under our noses and the person says that the owner of the place He called by phone to serve those people as a priority. It is a lack of respect for all of us who were in the place waiting for our turn to finally eat and who by the way had already paid... it is just a mentality of Creole liveliness that only shows the ranch in the head... they should have more professional people in their business... it wasn't just me who complained... there were more people upset by all the impudence that was happening, remember that you don't just eat 1 time... for me part and the 5 people who were with me will not return!
