My goodness gracious, what can I say about this awesome place?? I've never had a meal like it, but I'll definitely be back for more. TL;DR - I can't recommend this experience highly enough. I'd give it 7 stars if I could.You are greeted by Nicky and enter a funky and eclectic room with a big u-shaped table. Everyone has place cards at their seat and you can get started on the delicious house wine and Lindt truffle right away. The house wine is a custom blend of cab and merlot and wow was it good. I'm not usually a merlot fan but this went down really easily.After I had a nice buzz on, Chef Franco arrived and started telling us about the history of the restaurant and what we were about to experience. Then the food begins. We did 8 courses - you can do 7 or 8 courses plus add-ons such as unlimited house wine (one bottle was enough for us but you do you) or four separate cocktail pairings. Chef brought out one piece of ShuShi (cooked Cuban sushi fusion) to each person per course, and then we all guessed what was in it. It made you slow down and really think about the flavors. As a result, you didn't leave there super stuffed (just trashed, lol!). they were the most imaginative combination of ingredients - chocolate, duck, salmon, pasta, who knew what was next!It was about so much more than the (extremely delicious) food. is there anything like the camaraderie of 12 drunk people enjoying a wonderful meal? The attention to detail and interactions from both Chef and Nicky were next level. The food was not only delicious but artfully plated. The celebration of my husband's 40th birthday still leaves me with warm fuzzies.I'm in the northeast and I'm still planning to fly back to Miami for this again soon. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Chef Franco is amazing at coming up with presentation, different techniques to prepare traditional ingredients, and surprise you with the highest quality meats and seafood you can find in Miami. Nicky, the CFO, mixologist, and hostess extraordinaire is there to make you feel loved and cared for. Her warmth and true dedication to customer satisfaction and experience is next level. The pair of them fully explain their concept and each course of the menu after you taste it and genuinely are interested in how you feel about their work. These people KNOW the south Florida food and tourist scene so well and are happy to advise on any other Miami must dos. The house is small seating maybe 10-12 so the intimate vibe lets you have time with your own group but also get to know others as well. You never know who you’ll run into here, maybe even a neighbor you didn’t know you had ! Genuinely so happy to have had this experience as we’ve been living in Miami for a few years and wanted something different and unique. Strongly recommend the full 11 course tasting menu as there are some hidden tasty gems that other menu offerings miss out on.

An amazing little gem. We stepped into an intimate and beautiful restaurant and were welcomed as if we knew Nikki and Chef our whole lives. The food was like nothing I have ever eaten before, in a good way. The Chef is an artist and creates a meal that is magical. The drinks were devine and paired well with the meal. If you want interesting, delicious food in a warm, inviting setting, topped off by having an absolutely delightful EXPERIENCE, this is the place for you! Nicole extended a gracious welcome the moment the door opened and continued to impress us with her friendliness and warmth throughout our visit, a real gift to make you feel like you're already friends. The food was unique and unlike anything I've had before. It was fun having Chef Franco quiz us on what we thought we might be tasting, sometimes spot on, other times with a "wow, wasn't expecting that"! Loved our two delicious cocktails, and their house wine paired great with the food. Since this really is an intimate experience, getting to talk to the other guests felt like we'd all been invited to an exclusive dinner party. I keep thinking this was really Dining as Art. I'm still smiling...

Sharing a birthday with my sister in law we decided to have an experience. I did not fully get the concept of the restaurant when I saw it online. But we were pleasantly surprised when we got there. This small little gem has so much character, just like the chef and his wife. Not only was the food delicious, the presentation was beautiful, and the close conversation with the chef about his inspiration of each roll was extravagant. This is definitely something you should experience. 100% recommend this place.
