Not sure about the negative reviews. I think most were about having to wait for a table. Professional staff. Everything we ordered was excellent. Integrates alot of dried chilies into dishes. One of the chicken dishes is served cold so if that is not for you avoid. Overall excellent

My server (I think he was Chinese ; not sure, he never mentioned his name nor introduced himself) was unable to communicate or answer questions. I ordered a beer that never arrived. He never came up to check on me or how the food was. He snatched the check when I put my card in the folder. This guy was a total nutcase and deserves to be fired , but this restaurant keeps incompetent staff because it’s the customer who’s forced to pay them 20%, not the employer.Be extremely weary of the businesses you are supporting

The first time we dined here it was a transcendent experience. The second time was so disappointing. Consistency is key in terms of hot food, fast service and attention to detail. ...Also if you dine there at night, bring a flashlight.

Service was excellent as expected for a restaurant in this category.Small portions for mains. Desserts were excellent.Innovative presentations, suggest providing better serving silverware.

Experience is the best teacher. After 10 visits, I've learned that no matter how great a place may seem, poor service can truly impact your perception. Patience is a virtue, but not one that should be tested repeatedly. Now eating the same pecking duck just a half block away with super fantastic service for the same price.

Update: Had one of the most uncomfortable dinners and even bigger disappointment than last year for the Chinese New Year dinner so highly advertised by this establishment. Had to wait over an hour even after prepaying for the dinner and having a reservation. Clearly the manager and the staff were overwhelmed and did not handle angry customers in the best manner. Once we finally got our table we waited another 30 minutes for someone to arrive, and once that happened, service was terrible and rude. The food was, again lacking except for the pecking duck that was the tastier of the offerings. A live DJ with the loud music doesn’t leave room for talking and enjoying what was supposed to be a special celebration. Many left with the same sentiment. Would never return.2023: Went for the special lunar new year dinner but left a bit disappointed about the food. Most things lacked basic seasoning and flavor. Our server wander was very nice and so the front of the house. Entertainment and ambiance is lively. If good improves this could be a great place.

We had lunch here earlier in the day to see if we wanted to have dinner as well. The bartender Juan, was amazing and very sociable. The rest of the staff was accommodating and the food was amazing. Can't wait to go back!

Did the lunch menu with the starter, entree and side. Service was great but it was a bit slow for lunch. They have a full bar and various cocktails on their menu worth trying.Lunch combo varies in price depending on 2,3,4 plate combo. And gives you options to pick in each category. For the starters tried the dim sum platter of the mushroom and spinach and prawn dim sum. The spinach one wasn’t too great the prawn was ok but a little bland. The entree was the chicken in scallion and sprouts and side was the vegetarian noodles. But could do with a bit more spice. The noodles lacked more flavor than the chicken but once added in with the chilli oil and mixed both together it was a good combo. The drink was the non alcoholic one with the cherry and it really tasted like a cream soda so quite refreshing.

Chic Chinese restaurant in Brickell. Very stylish decor, great food and drinks. Service can be uneven despite good effort on behalf of staff. They need better training.Food is very good! Excellent quality and execution. It is expensive though!

Great food as always!! Service personnel seems to turn over a lot. Slow service when the restaurant is at capacity. I have one one doubt. What is the TT charge added at the end of the bill? This is new!
